As a newcomer to portraiture and editing, I asked Cam if he could work his magic on a selection of my favourite images from my first ever model shoot. The process was slick and efficient and Cam had the images back to me incredibly quickly and in multiple size formats. I really like his fine tuning of the images and will look forward to further collaborations. Highly recommended.

If you are reading this then you have already seen Cam's work, and as the saying goes "a picture is worth a thousand words" so I'll save you reading the other 900+ none of which would reflect his skills as eloquently as the images above.

Instead I will just say that Cam is a good guy, who genuinely cares about your work, will add to it (and provide the results in several formats).

Cam responded to an ad where I sent him a large number of images looking for natural and subtle images. His comms were on point, he took his time to learn about my very poor experiences in terms of edits.

He was very quick to return ALL images with alternative types of retouches and edits. He produced exactly what I was looking for. He also shared his professional feedback on what he thought was best regarding the images I sent him.

I’d also like to credit his everlasting patience with me as I went through a hard time personally however he still provided me with the work, showing me he is genuinely a decent man with a love of the art he produces.

I look forward to working with Cam again & keep him as a contact moving forward.

I am sure Cam is the best retoucher artist I have ever seen. I had a really bad quality full length TIFF image and Cam made an amazing image for me. The communication is also excellent with Cam and I highly recommend him to every creative. I was really astonished by Cam efficiency because he worked on the image very quickly on TFP based.If I have a similar bad quality full length image I would like to collaborate with Cam again.

Cam did some very good work on a 60 year old, rather damaged, photo for a friend.

This photo being very important to him: as it was remembering his late father.

Cam used his skill to restore the image to enable me to present my friend with a much improved image: he can now cherish.

I saw Cam's casting for retouching services, so I thought I would take him up on that. After an initial chat I sent him 9 images from 3 looks and left him to choose which he did. He retouched 2 looks for me and I am so happy with what he has done. He has improved the image quality and especially the tonal range of each image. One of the looks he gave a fantastic mono conversion which I hadn't thought of. I think we all like to think our own retouching skills are great, and I am sure most of us get by, but using a retoucher can take your image to another level and Cam's edits certainly do that. He was great to work with and he gave a wonderful explanation on return of the images as to what and why he had done what he had done. I would have no hesitation in using his services again and I throughly command him....:)

I've never previously contacted any retoucher wizards, but today I felt it was necessary in order to put the finishing touch to an edit I was working on, and I am very pleased that I did!

The picture was slightly spoiled by me just clipping off the tip of a finger in the original shot that I took. I only had one other take of this shot, which clipped off even more of the finger, so there was no other shot to copy the missing fingertip from. I contacted Cam on the off-chance that he might be interested in helping, although it seemed to me like too small a job to interest anyone.

To my surprise and pleasure Cam replied that he would do it in return for only a reference! :-) He duly did so in double-quick time, initially sending three draft versions to see which one I liked best, and then working some more on my chosen one to perfect it. It is amazingly well done, especially considering that he was starting from a blank sheet of paper!

I'm more than happy to keep my end of the bargain and recommend Cam to anyone requiring any retouching work. I will certainly be returning here myself in the future the next time I need any such work doing :-)

Cam very kindly agreed to get me out of a spot by editing a set of pictures that I couldn't get right.

Despite my picky and confusing requests, Cam somehow interpreted what I was looking for and did a brilliant job. I'm genuinely delighted with the results.

His communications were excellent, and although he had a lot of other work to attend to, he did my pictures promptly.

I asked Cam to take a look at a couple of images for me and am very pleased that he accepted.

His work is fantastic and he turned it around incredibally quickly.

I'm really impressed with his comms and work overall and will definately be asking to make use of his skills again.

He really goes above and beyond I feel with no only the owrk he does but the advice he gives at the same time.

Cam did a fantastic job rescuing an image I was struggling to recover in Lightroom.  He has magical powers, I believe, to restore what would otherwise be unusable while at the same time hiding any trace of his hand in the final product.  This is where his true artistry comes to the fore and leaves pretenders like me wondering how he does it.  Some things are best held as secrets, I think.  Cam saved my shoot and did so generously and quickly.  He is a true asset to the PurplePort community.

Cam recently replied to a casting I posted for retouching work on a series of images I had taken. His communication was excellent, even giving advice and support on how to develop my photography for further post-processing in the future.

He worked really quickly and always kept me posted on his progress, producing a number of wonderful images with extremely detailed retouching and even going above and beyond to work on some minor tweaks that I asked for.

I cannot fault Cam's work and would highly recommend him to any photographers or models wanting images of an extremely high quality. Thank you so much for all your hard work Cam.
