I had the pleasure of shooting with John again last Saturday at PoZers Studio in Swindon, and whilst the bar was set pretty high in my mind (as we had an absolutely brilliant first shoot together in 2018), he totally smashed it out the park with round 2! The hours seemed to absolutely fly by, we share a deep love of lowkey nude photography and we seem to effortlessly bounce ideas off one another - I'm beyond excited to see what the final edits are like from this session. Would recommend, this man is an absolute gentlemen and a kind soul - I hope we cross paths again in the future.

I highly enjoyed my second shoot with John during my third studio weekend at Joel Hicks Photographic recently doing some artistic nude, bodyscape, erotic and fetish styles.

John was again on time and full of energy ready to shoot, we spent our time in the studio and what we achieved was wonderful, I was so pleased with the results and so was John.

John brought along some props and between the two of us we bounced ideas from each other getting some fab results.

Highly recommended to all creatives, a complete gentleman with a great eye for taking beautiful images, you will have a really fun shoot with a lovely person. So professional, knowledgeable, organised and skilled with such a talent for capturing the female form in incredible ways.

Twinkle Nose (Hannah Aisling)

I approached John after learning he was in my area shooting another model and asked if he wanted to shoot afterwards. I don't approach people for work (let alone paid!) Very often, but I love his style of photography and was very pleased when he agreed. We shot from my flat (a hidden gem for natural light) and had fantastic conversation. Due to me not feeling 100%, there were certain poses I wasn't able to do but nevertheless John was more than happy with the pictures we achieved. Very polite gentleman and our time was short and sweet! Would recommened and love to work with again:)

Yet another fantastic shoot with John! After shooting twice in Gloucester based studios and in my home we shot in Studio 8 in Salisbury and goodness what a laugh! Our time flew by and before I knew it I was saying goodbye again! We got through a variety of poses and just as the previous times he was relaxed and courteous during our entire shoot. I thoroughly enjoy shooting with John and couldn't recommend him enough!

Studio 8

John hired the studio for a 3-hour shoot with Angel Balck yesterday and it was the first time he'd visited our studio.

It was an absolute please to have him here and chat to him. His skill as a photographer is pretty obvious from his image portfolio so it goes without saying. I'm really looking forward to seeing the final images from the shoot!

John is an absolute pleasure to work with.

We had been in touch for a while trying to get our schedules to match for a shoot. We finally found the right time during my last UK tour.

Pre-shoots comms were great, John kept in touch and gave me all the info I needed.

He picked me up on time at the station in Swindon and drove me to the studio and back to the station after the shoot.

He told me what he had in mind for the shoot, and we smoothly improvised on the theme for the 4 hours of the shoot.

A lovely human to have a chat with and a true professional.

Looking forward to shoot with him again soon!

Yet another wonderful shoot with John. This time we were back at Spitfire Studio where he was really able to let his knack for lighting shine. All the images I saw on the back of the camera were gorgeous.

As always the shoot felt very relaxed and collaborative, and yet we managed to get an awful lot done too.

I worked with the lovely John for a second time at shadow studios in Gloucester.

We first shot together over three years ago!

John was very kind and came to help me with my bags, made sure I had plenty of tea and coffee and brought some delicious ginger biscuits!

We worked through a variety of sets and I had a very enjoyable shoot, it was really relaxed and as before he was considerate, respectful and easy to talk to.

Highly recommended and I look forward to shoot number 3 :)

I had a recent shoot with John in the smallest hotel room ever.... challenging to say the least....but we took advantage of the nooks and crannies available. We had a great chit chat throughout and it provided a wonderful to build further rapport with each other. He is a lovely man with a fabulous knowledge of lighting styles, editing and the way in which lighting works.

I had the pleasure of working with John at an art nude studio day with Retro Rob at Top Floor Studio in Newent.

John has great pre-shoot comms and we hit the ground running. The three hours flew by and both Rob and I were thrilled with the images John was capturing. He gives great direction and knows the shot he wants. He brought biscuits to the shoot and was very considerate towards us - checking to see if we were warm enough or needed a break.

I can’t wait to see the pics and hope to get to work with John again soon! Thank you John for a really enjoyable shoot :)

Synergy Photo Studio

Once again a pleasure to welcome John to the studio, this time for an art nude shoot with the fabulous duo Retro Rob and M e l a n y.

Due to the foul weather outside, unusually there was insufficient natural light on this occasion. Unphased, John showed his versatility and adaptability by working exclusively with studio flash. As usual, John knew exactly what he wanted to achieve from the shoot and communicated well with both models to achieve the desired results. Going by the comments such as 'wow' and 'amazing' coming from the shooting area it was an epic shoot.

John is a regular at the studio and is highly recommended!

What a fantastic day I have had today working with the one only Samthedog.

On the final leg of the Retro Rob and Melany Tour for 2018.

Today's venue Top Floor Studio in Gloucester.

Well just when I thought I had captured just about every possible pose for 2018 Samthedog came up with some real winners today.

What a pleasure and priveledge it was.

Its been a very very long time since I shot with John. But we managed to get a shoot sorted the other day at my new home! John is lovely to work with and such an interesting character - I dont think I have met anyone who has travelled as much as John has. He has so many interesting stories and we spent much of the shoot just chatting away and drinking tea... we did manage to find some time to shoot as well though hehe! He has a very calm way about him, the shoot style is very relaxed. He is respectful and great company!. I really cant recommend him enough :)

So creative, thinking outside the box and truly appreciating the female form you can instantly see from John's portfolio he is very talented and makes taking these amazing images so easy.

John is enthusiastic, professional and so fun to work with, his communications leading up to and during our shoot were excellent and he gives good direction letting your poses flow freely also. He was on time and we spoke for a while about the results he was looking to achieve concentrating on some artistic and erotic nude poses in the studio and getting beautiful results. John is an amazing photographer with lot's of fantastic ideas and he even brought along some interesting props for me to use.
