A previous comment by George Ffesning set me thinking. How did I do that? We all have short cuts developed over years, in time they can become automatic. So as I developed this with George's question in mind I recorded aspects of the journey. You are welcome to the explanation, although I not sure how much it makes sense. The original explanation will head towards his mailbox soon. My next published set will show four stages of the journey to the final edit.
