Paul and his lovely wife allowed me to stay with them again during my recent trip to Wales. I had my own bedroom and bathroom, was well-fed and entertained - truly one of the nicest couples you can imagine! Paul and I had planned a location shoot during my stay but unfortunately the weather was horrendous so we did some beauty shots in his home studio instead. Shooting with Paul is always a team effort and he produces beautiful images. Very highly recommended and I hope to return soon!

A GREAT WAY to start the year off is a shoot with Paul! :) This time I had my crazy sidekick; the awesome Soria with me! Paul very kindly booked us for half a day duo work at my home in Wiltshire and we had such a great time!

Paul is such a kindhearted gentleman- one of the nicest people you could ever wish to meet in Photography! The shoot was rescheduled due to Pauls timetable and he was very kind to overpay us for our time, which was not necessary but really appreciated.

Paul was also one of the kind donors when I was fundraisng on behalf of a dear friend (Scarlett Blaze) before Christmas. He really has a heart of gold and is such a kind and generous person.

Every shoot I have had with Paul has been super enjoyable- its always like catching up with an old friend (I definately consider Paul a friend and its people like Paul that make Purpleport an amazing place to be).

He is a super talented photographer, gets the very best out of the model and is also the official photographer for the Welsh Roller Derby! Such a talented man and a truly lovely person. Thankyou so much Paul and really hope to see you soon.

I had a fantastic shoot with Paul last weekend at his lovely home in Cardiff. As Soon as I got there I felt so welcome, Paul is the perfect host!

Communication before was excellent so I knew exactly what to bring

We did a number of different sets and they all looked so amazing on the back of the camera! Paul is so creative and so good at what he does

We had such an enjoyable laid back shoot full of laughs

All throughout the shoot I felt comfortable and enjoyed it so much :)

Paul is such a lovely guy and I highly recommend him to anyone I also love his cat :)

Yet another shoot with the wonderful Paul - our fourth, I think! - during my recent trip to Wales. Yet again he and his lovely wife let me stay in their beautiful home and cooked me a gorgeous meal; you really couldn't ask for two nicer people! During the day we shot a variety of images including some casual Sunday-morning lingerie around the house, some dark witchy portraits in the studio and even ventured out into the rain for a little fashion on location. Working with Paul is always such a pleasure: he is respectful, creative, gives good feedback and always has time for my ideas (as well as plenty of cups of tea!). Truly one of the most genuine and lovely photographers I've had the pleasure of working with, and I look forward to next time.

I had the pleasure of working with Paul on a very short and sweet 'tour' (ok, day) in Cardiff. Paul's hospitality and professionalism shone through, as well as putting me up for the night as the last train was stupidly early!

We had plenty to talk about, including putting the world to rights and serious adulty things :D also a big thank you to his wife Sarah for making a lovely dinner, and send my love to Pepe too ♥

Hope to work with Paul again soon, highly recommended! Maybe see you at a networking event soon ;)

I had a shoot with Paul last weekend at his lovely home in Cardiff, pre-coms were fantastic, providing me of a list of ideas of what to bring for the shoot and image ideas that he'd like to try and create.

Paul was very welcoming and friendly and very easy to work with, he has a lovely home that oozes natural light.

Paul remained respectful and professional throughout the day and was great fun to work with.

I hope to work with Paul again sometime.

I not only had the pleasure of working with Paul, I was also very kindly offered accomodation for a few days whilst I was staying in Cardiff during my tour in April. This is always so so appreciated, and I couldn't have asked for two nicer people, Paul and his lovely wife to stay with - they were so kind & helpful, making sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed, were super company, brought me tea in the morning, (aww!) and all this having MOVED HOUSE the same day I arrived, wow!

Paul really is a gem of a person; he is a great photographer too - we had a full day booked and went out on location for the first half, to a beautiful Park near to where he lives.. it was absolutely full of colour and beautiful flowers, interesting shaped trees, and the weather was glorious for the time of year.. we got some cracking shots.

We came back and did some great shots in one of the spare rooms, using the wall and some lights as a studio set up too!

Paul is the kind of photographer models wish they could work with every time they have a job - he is considerate, not pushy yet eager and passionate about his work, and works with the model to create the best possible outcomes.. he has a super sense of humour too.. we were cackling away at rude-looking trees and all sorts of stuff. Despite this being the first time we'd met, let alone worked together, working with Paul felt like working with an old friend.

He was also very kind giving me lifts here and there where public transport seemed a little dodgy, and I was able to use his fridge for all my food so I could come back and eat straight away after my shoots with other photographers.. their resident cat is also super cute and provided hours of entertainment! I felt quite bad having a bath before either Paul or his wife in their new home, LOL and filling up more of their fridge than they did in the time I stayed.. oooops!

So yes - highly recommended from every aspect! It would be a pleasure to make more beautiful images one day! Thank you x

This was my third shoot with Paul, and he also very generously let me stay with him for three nights during a recent tour. He and his beautiful wife were the perfect hosts and Paul is such a lovely guy to work with; laid-back, very creative and always produces gorgeous results. I worked with Paul for the first time about 3 years ago at a group shoot. Paul recently contacted me to work with him on a one to one basis and I jumped at the chance. Same as before Paul is so easy to get on with. He has such a friendly personality and really easy to talk to.

Paul's pre communications made it super easy to get ready for the shoot. I had a list of things to bring to match his ideas and concepts. He is quick to set up lighting. Regularly checks the back of the camera to make sure the images are good and gives great direction.

I couldn't fault the shoot at all. I had lots of fun and would shoot with Paul more often now I can drive :)

Ahhh Paul. You know those shoots that you have and you are just left with a lovely high afterwards? This was one of those shoots. I unfortunately was ill when we shot but he was so understanding and let me take as many breaks as I needed throughout the four hours. We got some beautiful duo (with Helen diaz) and single shot. He's funny, talkative and is just a fantastic guy all around. Great photographer too! I really hope to work with him again soon. Extremely recommended.

I worked with the lovely, bubbly and charming Paul again- this time alongside the beautiful Emma Willis just before Christmas on our duo day and had such an awesome time! Paul kindly booked half a day which flew by!

Paul is always a complete blast to work with- if I was to describe him it would be like a lovely handful of Welsh Cakes mixed with H from steps!!! :P He is an ace person, thoroughly lovely, decent and makes every shoot super enjoyable! I know he made Emma and I laugh throughout the whole shoot!!

He has such a relaxed and happy-go-lucky attitude towards photography that he naturally gets the best, natural results from models- every shoot is extremely enjoyable. I would also consider him a friend, hes just FAB. If you get the chance to work together take it. Very highly recommended, thankyou for a lovely day! Helen x

This was my second shoot with Paul, and despite there being a significant distance between us, his excellent pre-comms made it easy to find a date in our busy diaries before we lost the beautiful autumnal colours. Unfortunately I had some major transport issues on the day but Paul was very understanding and made sure I had enough time to settle and de-stress before we started shooting. He even bought me lunch - a real gent! We did a few sets on location and then headed back to Paul's home for some boudoir. Sadly some heavy traffic meant I missed my return train and despite it not being Paul's fault at all, he insisted on staying with me to keep me company until the next one. I absolutely love working with Paul and can't wait for our next shoot (which will hopefully go a little more smoothly!). Very highly recommended.

I had another amazing shoot with Paul on Saturday. Unfortunately, the British weather wasn't quite on our side but working with Paul is always filled with good conversation and even greater ideas for shots!

We ended up shooting in the rain on the beach which is not exactly what we had planned, but the images I've seen so far look so amazing!

Our pre comm's where perfect as always, Paul is one of my favourite local photographers to work with as orangising a shoot is always simple and efficent. We always go into the day having a good plan on what to do and I love that he always sends me examples of his vision, which always helps with outfit planning.

I'm really looking forward to seeing the final images and I'm hopeful we will shoot again soon! I would highly recommend Paul, he is a delite to work with and you will always get a great final product.

He was kind enough to book me yet again on my mini tour in Chippenham.

Where did the time go?

4 hours flew by and I actually didn't want the shoot to end because it was so relaxed & enjoyable, not to mention he is hilarious so I was laughing my head off throughout.

I had a very enjoyable day with Paul yesterday in and around his home in Cardiff. He very kindly offered to let me stay over the night before and was a charming host throughout; making sure I was fed, watered and comfortable at all times. A total gent! The shoot itself was partially fashion on location and partially studio lingerie back at the house. Paul's pre-comms were great so I knew what to expect and he was open to my suggestions as well as having a plan of his own. He gave me plenty of time for lunch and hair/make-up changes which resulted in a wide variety of images. Wonderful conversation and laughs throughout; I'd absolutely recommend Paul to others and look forward to next time!

I had the most wonderful 2 days of shooting with this amazing individual last week, after months of discussions and planning!

I love working with Paul as he is so very relaxed and has a fun attitude which has me instantly at ease, whilst he used the natural light at my house in the most beautiful manner, capturing it in so many ways....

His way with the camera is superb, experimenting with awesome available light set ups, his epic ideas just spilling out and he got some absolutely insane angles to work, which look incredible!

This fantastic photographer is an inspiration to me as he never lets anything stop him from capturing what he wants, the indoor and outdoor sets that we shot show how talented he is at manipulating natural light and I can honestly say that he is a lovely friend as well as an epic artist :)

Recommended to all models, what a dude!

I worked with the lovely Paul again at a beautiful ruin I know which is local to me. Paul very kindly booked me for half the day - and the weather gods were smiling on us that day, it was glorious! Paul also bought along his beautiful wife, who was very supportive (and should really model too!!!)

Paul is such a thoroughly lovely person to be around and work with- he is always super positive, upbeat, creative and makes every shoot very enjoyable for the model. The shoot was full of fun and laughter- and we achieved some gorgeous shots working from fashion to art nude in the grounds. We were very lucky and there were not many visitors considering it was a bank holiday Monday! Paul was very patient, kind and the day flew by! I went away smiling and had such a lovely time as always! :)

I am really looking forward to the uploads and thanks so much for grabbing the day, I hope we work together again soon! Highly recommended! Helen x

I got to shoot again with this wonderful photographer last week which was a fun and very creative affair!

Paul has a beautiful way with the camera, capturing the lovely tones and textures of the different scenes that we shot....his manner is relaxed and he has a fab sense of humor which had me giggling throughout the shoot!

He is a fantastic individual who has a perfect way of using the available light beautifully, and he brings such perfect ideas to the shoot which are so fun to put into practice....I can't recommend this amazing photographer enough, he is such a joy to work with and a superb host =)

I worked with the lovely Paul for the second time today, this time in a beautiful ruin in Chepstow! It was a chilly day and touch and go from the start as to whether it would rain- but we were very lucky and had an enjoyable few hours together in the wilderness of the valleys! Despite it being chilly, Paul made the shoot highly enjoyable, with his humour and his kindness, especialley in plenty of warm up breaks (and much swearing on my behalf! :) ) He also very kindly bought along a flask of green tea (what a man!) :)

Paul is one of the nicest and most considerate person I have worked with- so warm, funny and kind and just great company. I had a blast and really enjoyed the photographs we managed to take before the tourists could catch me naked in the ruin! The art nudes in particular in the ruin were beautiful against the textures of the stone walls :) I think we both laughed from start to finish! Highly recommended and really looking forwatd to take two in May! Thankyou for a lovely day, Helen x
