Started taking pictures at the age of 9 with an old "Bencini Comet" 127 film view finder camera. and that's when the bug seed was planted. Never had the need of Autofocus or autoexposure nor of a light sensor on my cameras; just my eyes, hands and a light meter dangling from my neck.
Nowdays that film is practically dead, it has been for a while, no more Kodachrome, no more Scala... I have fully embraced the digital era, and have to admit that photoshop is a good alternative to a dark room.
My motto is as it has always been:
DON'T EXPECT TO SEE WHAT YOU LIKE, I CAN ONLY SHOW YOU WHAT MY EYES, HEART, MIND AND SOUL CAN SEE.
