A shoot I was lucky enough to be able to arrange with a wonderful lady Tanya Fitness. This is a woman who I'm sure wouldn't mind me telling you, is 40+ years old and mum of 2 grown up boys, who has worked incredibly hard and dedicated herself to preparing her body for a major female fitness competition. Her hard work and devotion is a credit to her and shows beautifully the focus, strength and dedication that women have.
