Hi! I'm Emma. I’m a 23 year old creative with over two years of professional experience.

What's my deal?

I have shot a variety of styles and levels in the past, but prefer to stick to levels lingerie to fashion these days. I live a vintage lifestyle (check out my Instagram @missemmafrances) and like shooting in my vintage outfits and in vintage lingerie best. I have an extensive and ever-expanding wardrobe and am happy to style myself for shoots. I am a trained performer and love to bring the dramatic to shoots, especially inhabiting characters!

Skills/Styles/Passions

I am very versatile and can shoot portraiture, fashion (vintage or otherwise) lingerie and swimwear very comfortably. Feel free to message me and ask about my levels, but generally I will shoot the occasional implied-nude and no further.

I am pretty good with vintage hair and make-up and have very happy to do this for shoots (although the opportunity to work with stylists is always welcomed!) I am happy to come to the shoot with make up and hair ready with just touch-ups and adjustments made when I arrive on set.

I am a history geek and love doing historical and fantasy shoots. I don’t have many ‘costumes’ of my own (aside from 20th century clothing) but I’m really keen to put together something for a shoot, or wear something that you may have!

My favourite model to collaborate with is fellow-PurplePorter Evie Siddal. Best friends in real life, we work extremely well together, and both really love what we do!

Appearance/Body mods etc.

Although a natural dark-blonde, my hennaed hair is generally auburn. I have grey eyes and very pale skin. I have quite a few moles which are generally easy to remove in photoshop, but I do quite like it when photographers keep my moles in, as they’re part of me after all. I have a few superficial scars which likely won’t show on camera. I have two piercings (one in each ear) and no tattoos.

Rates

Fashion/bridal/swimwear/portraiture etc.: £20 p/h or £70 for 4 hours, then £25 p/h after 4 hours.   Lingerie/shoots that involve less clothes: £25 an hour or £85 for 4 hours, then £30 p/h after 4 hours.

I will need my travel costs to be covered, but I am very thrifty and have a railcard to boot! I am currently learning to drive which should make getting to shoots much easier, too. Depending on the project/collaborators I may be willing to shoot for prints only, but I will still expect my costs to be covered.
