Misael Fernandez Jr. L.L.C.

I was born in Jersey City, New Jersey in September of 1970. I remember that day like it was yesterday. It was cold.. I was shivering.. but I found comfort in my mother's arms as she kept be bundled up in my hospital blanket. Well Jumping forward 11 years I grew to be very inquisitive, and found my passion in photography when I saved up enough money to buy a Yashica FX3 35mm film camera in 1981. It wasn't easy, but I was lucky in that my local camera shop (Hudson Camera) was more than willing to help answer questions, and guide me in the right direction. That summer I spent endless hours reading instruction manuals, and 'How To' books from the Jersey City Public Library. As I got even older things changed and film cameras quickly became the thing of the past. Interested in learning more about the technology I took a few college courses on the subject of digital photography and the use of Adobe Photoshop. Had to keep my day job(s), but I managed to save up a few dollars here and there to finally purchase my first digital camera. I am now 49 years old, and every time I hold my camera I feel like I'm 11 years old again looking for that amazing picture to take and cherish. I enjoy various types, and styles of photography, and push myself to continue learning each and every day. Thank you for taking the time to learn a little about me.
