Had a fantastic shoot with Melissa yesterday, lots of creativity and fun, Melissa worked so hard o fulfil my visions. So many amazing images to edit.

An Eye for Beauty

It is nearly 2 years since my first shoot with Melissa, and with a sense of urgency I was determined to have a second shoot with her, and in a different studio. It was worth the wait. When we arrived together it was as though there had been no time lapse. She had read my suggestions carefully and arrived with bikinis and jumpers, which combined with some period costumes I wanted to use for the final time, formed the basis of the shoot. We were able to add a few items from the studio's wardrobe, and used some of the backgrounds Melissa was keen to pose before in the studio. All in all a very rounded shoot. As ever, Melissa was a delight to work with and chat to, with plenty of humour and interesting conversations. Now I wish her all the best for the months that lie ahead, and you never know - we might meet up again. A great session!

Lightworks

One of the real joys of this manner of photography is when you are able to brink to life something that the people you work with really want to achieve. Whilst working with Melissa earlier this year, I discovered that she was stepping back for modelling in 2023 to have a family, but one thing she had really wanted to do was a shoot somewhere in a gorgeous dress with lots of material that would catch in the wind and look spectacular. Well, after finding the dress and commissioning the fashioning of a matching "cape", we recently headed out on to Dartmoor to create the desired images. Melissa braved a very chilling location and balancing on some high spots to get the results. It's been a joy to work with her this season and I'm delighted that her aims for becoming a mum are already being realised :) Thank you for telling me of your artistic aim and for allowing me to be involved in its realisation.

I'd be wanting to work with Melissa for ages. It finally happened yesterday, and it was worth the wait. She isn't 'arf good!

Melissa is highly experienced, creative, enthusiastic, energetic, is good with make up and has an intriguing wardrobe and a great eye for styling. As well as all that, her communications are excellent, she's reliable and she's 100% professional in every respect.

Hang on. I haven't finished yet. Melisa has a sparkling personality and a great sense of humour, so the shoot was not only highly productive but was also hugely enjoyable.

Would I recommend Melissa? Well... Let's put it like this... I'm about to start nagging her for another shoot.

Thoroughly enjoyed working with Melissa today - she is clearly a very experienced model who knows what's she's doing and is superb at it. Melissa arrived with a bootful of possibilities, and was happy to employ these and try other looks as well. She clearly has a strong passion for what she does, and we discussed a further possible project for this autumn.

If you have an opportunity to work with her in 2023, do so, before she begins to step back from this to become a mum.

Amazeballs

I’d been interested in working with Melissa for some time and applied for her creative and different casting. We found common ground in terms of creative concepts and Mel agreed to travel across to shoot at mine.

Pre-shoot communications excellent. I rendezvoused with Mel close by as access can be challenging for non 4x4 vehicles. I was pleased to find Mel personable on the short drive back to my location and felt confident she would be the excellent model her portfolio portrays.

Mel came well equipped with outfits and already made up. I oriented Mel over a cuppa and we agreed a shoot plan for today; caravan cocktails, amongst the snowdrops, amongst the tree roots and out in the bath.

We were blessed with some sunshine but it was not the warmest day, so I was impressed and delighted that Mel was willing to model in amongst the damp soil and inside a cold metal bath (not for long understandably!). I was also pleased to see Mel be expressive and suggest details that enhanced our concepts.

Back of camera looks promising.

Time flew.

Best feedback I can offer is I indicated to Mel I would love to shoot with her again.

Not too much to say aside from she was a delight to work with, very easy going, and keen to get the shots. All the precomms were clear and this enabled the shoot to run smoothly and get the results we were looking for. Hope to work with her again on my next trip back to UK!

I had my 3rd shoot with the wonderful Melissa today and what a fantastic Christmas themed shoot it was.

As always pre-comms were excellent and Melissa arrived early with the outfits we had agreed on plus some extras!

Working with Melissa is an absolute joy! She is professional, fun, funny, smart and a great model! She is totally committed to helping you get the best possible image.I have learned a lot from working with her and always leave the shoot a better photographer. I love the fact that she is more than happy to share her perspective as a model, which in my case has meant I have captured some amazing images.

Working with her has been one of the highlights of my year and she is without any doubt one of the very best models I have worked with. Irrespective of your experience you will gain a lot from working with her and I have no hesitation in recommending Melissa.

I had my second shoot with Melissa yesterday and I am not sure what I can say! Other than WOW!

Preshoot comms were exceptional and we swapped ideas for our shoot, she even had the forethought to send our ideas to the studio owner, so he knew what we were planning to shoot and could start preparing the studio.

She arrived a little stressed due to traffic issues, but did not allow this to have any impact on the shoot.

She is not only a consummate professional, but smart, funny and a lovely person.

The shoot itself was amazing and we captured some stunning images! Working with Melissa is a joy and I have learned something from her on both the occasions I have shot with her. The two hours flew by and we completed more sets than I anticipated.

We have our next shoot in the diary and I am really looking forward to it. If you want a top professional model who works with you to get the perfect shot and contributes and commits fully to your shoot look no further!

I had my first shoot with Melissa today and it was fantastic! Pre shoot comms were excellent, she turned up on time with a variety of different outfits.

Over the course of 2 hours we got some great images and had a lot of laughs, I also learned a lot from watching her work and chatting to her. She is fun, funny and also very professional. It was a joy to work and spend time with her, and I was also impressed with her ability to scramble over rocks and walk barefoot through the woods!

I hope to have the opportunity to work with her many more times in the future and regard booking her as money well spent. To get a first rate professional model to work with has to be worthwhile and whether you are a new or experienced Tog you are bound to get something out of working with Melissa!

I would highly recommend her and would strongly suggest if you have the opportunity to work with her grab it with both hands! 😁

I was fortunate to arrange a second shoot with Melissa,i had an idea in mind involving vintage clothing and she was as usual keen to undertake something a little different.

What an absolute joy she is to work with professional and yet willing to listen to ideas (good or bad) make suggestions and prepared so suffer cold weather and being blinded by a reflector!

We then went indoors and i managed to get shots i was after soft lighting and moody,she responded with poses and ideas that enhanced a memorable shoot.

It was lovely meeting her again and her partner Paul now known as "Reflector Man"

Just finished a super wedding themed photoshoot with Melissa. Excellent communication from day 1. "Well prepared" doesn't do Melissa justice. What an absolute star - Melissa came with hair and make-up fully prepared. We had a great discussion about the shoot and Melissa was so professional in what must have been a slightly repetitive process (with and without flowers, with and without veil etc). I'm now downloading the images and hope to be able to share these soon. Cannot thank Melissa enough for what was a great photoshoot and great learning opportunity for me.

I had just started out with photography after mainly only doing digital design work and Melissa was kind enough to model for me even though I had no portfolio at all. Due to my lack of practical experience Mel made the shoot flow smoothly giving me her own ideas that had worked for herself and other photographers she has worked with in the past. It made things so much easier for me and turned what I thought would be a first time nerve racking experience into a lot of fun. She is very friendly, expressive and funny which made it a great day out. When it comes to posing Mel can seamlessly transition from one look to the next, very professional and quick to understand what you want from your shot. Very attractive with a beautiful and natural body, you will be hard pushed to find another woman like her. I highly recommend Melissa, one of a kind for sure!

RAWing Waves

This was my first time shooting with Melissa and we had a very precise brief to shoot a xmas duo shoot with an evolving storyline.

Straight from meeting Melissa we go on well and she is so easy to talk through ideas and poses really well and the time flew by as we nailed the images we was after.

Would I want to shoot with Melissa again.......definitely, she is professional, looks fantastic and so easy to get along with.
