I recently attended Martin's art class for a double booking; portrait drawing in the morning, followed by life drawing in the afternoon!

Both groups were equally wonderful to work with, full of lovely, respectful and talented people.

Martin was a fantastic host for both groups, and it's fair to say that it was rewarding day, with well-earned rest needed!

Highly recommended for any artists, beginner or enthusiasts. Thank you Martin!

Sat as model for Martins Portrait Group yesterday the 9th and had a thoroughly enjoyable time. Martin and his group of extremely talented artists were very welcoming and considerate. After sitting in a couple of different poses for various lengths of time, the 2 hours seemed over before they'd started almost.

Looking fwd to another session when called upon.

Highly recommended - a completely different discipline from photographic modelling but a great experience.

I recently attended another of Martin's art classes in Keighley, where I did a number of poses of different durations.

The atmosphere was brilliant as always, and the artists were considerate and very talented!

Today I sat as a portrait model for Martin's art group. It was a good excuse to break out the Santa kit. The group was full of great people and Martin provided a really good coffee

If anyone is thinking of modelling for one of Martin's projects I recommend you go ahead. He is a thoroughly professional artist and goes out of his way to make everything very comfortable for you.

I'm hoping to work for him in the future in any capacity needed

Had my first group life modelling session today with Martins life group.

Although I've modelled nude for Martin previously, never in a group.

I was immediately put at my ease by Martin and introduced to the group, a very friendly group of artists.

The 2 hr session went by really quickly, with various poses and length of time for each.

I loved every minute of it and can't wait to be asked back!!

If you've never tried it, get in and do it.

Thoroughly recommend Martin and his group.

I had my second life drawing session with Keighley Creative yesterday. We started with couple of stand up poses that I had to hold for 5 minutes and then progressively we moved to longer poses. Being silent and still for 10-15 minutes was a bit like meditation and not as hard as I expected at all, time flew quite quickly. For the longest 20 minute poses I was advised to lay down. Artists were sitting around me drawing from different angles so the same pose look different on each drawing. We had a little break so I was able to have a look at drawings and have a brew and chat with group members. Martin was very professional and friendly in messages before the booking and during the session alike. I had a fabulous time and I’m looking forward to our next life drawing session.

I had another life modelling session with Martin and his art class today.

Like the previous classes, there were fantastic pre-comms from Martin, and a great variety of pose opportunities.

Martin was very professional and everyone who attended were very optimistic, friendly and keen to learn/draw.

I have dates booked for next year, and I look forward to them!

I had my first ever life modeling session today with Martin and it was amazing. He made sure I know what to expect and explained me how everything is gonna look step by step. He gave me very clear instructions on how to pose for this new type of modeling for me and clear directions how to get to the studio so I didn’t have any problems finding it. Before the session and on the break I’ve been offer hot drinks and refreshments. Studio is very clean and warm making it perfect space for art nude models. Everyone in the group was lovely and respectful. I was impressed with beautiful drawings made by group members within just 5-10 minutes. It’s always a pleasure to work with talented and passionate artists! Martin made me feel very safe and respected, it was a great experience and I’ll be modeling for his group again in 2 weeks from now.

I first sat for Martin some time ago in his studio for a one to one bodyscape session and he offered me my first introduction to sitting for the Tuesday art group in Keighley last week. Martin is a lovely man and was very professional from the outset. He talked me through the whole process and we discussed fully the type of poses I would adopt and duration. Communication was excellent throughout the afternoon and he put me totally at ease! I am already looking forward to sitting for the group in the new year and have joined them as a student life drawing artist! If you get an opportunity to work with Martin grab it!

I had my second class with Martin this afternoon at his studio.

Although the weather affected my arrival time, I was happy to stay longer to make up for it.

Everyone who attended were equally as pleasant and thankful as the time I modelled there.

Martin was very well organised and complimentary of my modelling, and he's kindly invited me back next month.

Although I've been life modelling for years, this afternoon was my first time at Martin's art group.

It was a fair travelling distance, but it was definitely worth it.

I met a small group of very pleasant and enthusiastic artists, from all levels of experience!

Martin was very informative and professional in how he handled the class; even letting me partly take charge!

Lovely afternoon, and I look forward to attending again in a couple of weeks.

Martin and I had been in contact for quite some time trying to arrange a life drawing session - and it was certainly worth the wait.

Could there be any nicer artist to pose for? Relaxed, interesting and above all talented, I immediately felt at ease in the drawing room having undressed fully to enable Martin to get to work on his first drawing.

Naturally, going naked for life drawing requires a different technique to posing for photographs but the combination of Martin's experience and ideas together with my suggested poses enabled us to produce a series of beautiful images of the male nude.

I'm looking forward to working with Martin again as a life model for his creative drawing classes - this looks like the beginning of a superb working relationship.

My first ever try at being a life model, absolutely loved the whole process. Martin gave great communication prior to the session, and made the actual sitting really enjoyable and interesting and put me at ease straight away, this is definitely something I’d like to do again and can’t recommend Martin highly enough.

This was my second sitting for Martin having completed a portrait sitting previously.

We agreed a theme prior to the day and the communicating dad excellent throughout meaning I knew what to expect.

Martin is very easy to get on with and made me comfortable throughout, checking I was happy with poses and asking for input on colour choice etc.

I'm very pleased with the result and will be hanging a couple of the artworks produced on my walls.

First time working with Martin, and I highly recommend him. He made me feel comfortable at our first session and he had strong communication skills throughout. He respected my religion/culture as a Muslim girl and was very talkative and kind. I would defo work with him again and I recommend him to others. Very considerate and lovely person.

I had a lovely session modelling for Martin today for part of his portraiture series. We had great communication prior to the shoot, and on the day Martin was thoroughly welcoming. We had a great chat and built an easy rapport during the sitting, I felt totally at ease.

I'm really happy with the resulting image, and I'm looking forward to working with Martin again soon.

Had a portrait sitting for Martin this morning. I got there a bit early but the kettle was already on and the first order of business was a brew.

Martin made the sitting very comfortable and enjoyable. At no time did I feel uncomfortable or threatened.

I would whole heartedly recommended Martin to anyone and would sit for him at anytime
