I had my second shoot with Luna as the first went so well.

Communication leading up to the day was great and she took on board ideas that I had sent her, this led to a shoot needing no direction and everything flowed together very well.

I had a great shoot with Luna today after returning to portrait photography after a number of years. It was a cold and wet start to the day where we were left in the rain after a studio failed to open its doors for our booking, Luna was happy to relocate to another studio a few miles away and also put up with a mechanical failure on one of the cameras.

The photoshoot was planned and agreed on ahead of time with a set of example images sent through, Luna was able to carry out the photoshoot with additional styles with no direction at all.

Lunas chaperone was very friendly, happy to engage in conversation, offered to assist in carrying one of my many bags and also blended in to the background while we were shooting.

I would certainly recommend Luna and would hope to shoot with here again in the future.

They say that the best is worth waiting for and in our case it sure was. I have known Luna for a few years now but for varying reasons never actually got to shoot, so spent that time loving each others work instead.

So shoot day happened and as expected hair and make up were 'on fleek', outfits were very classy, posing was effortless so needing no direction and the setting just made for a great few hours. The hardest part will be picking the final cut on images are there are just so many good ones.

Luna is a dream to work with and hopefully if our diaries allow we will get to shoot again soon, in the mean time she is highly recommended.

Had thoroughly enjoyable and productive home shoot with Luna. Had a wide range of outfits and lingerie to choose from, enabling us to shoot varying styles. She is confident in her own abilities in posing but when directed strives to create the pose sought by the photographer. Is very versatile and down to earth and I look forward to working with her again. Very easy to recommend.

An absolutely amazing model to work with, so much attitude mixed equally by her manners.. and maths!! lol

I totally adored working with L, heeps of amazing shots produced and already have ideas on round 2 upon my return to the UK!! My Only comment is there are no negative comments at all to make, she even showed up the back of a bike all tuffgirl and ready to rock early on a sunday morning! A proper gem, and with the right people, will deffinately be one to watch out for. Extremley recommended, and totally emjoyed our time shooting together. (normal enough for ya??!!! lol)

Wow... just wow.

Luna and I arranged a shoot while I was working in Cardiff.

Comms were great.

Rocked up at her place for the shoot and my god what a model.

This pint sized little lass gave me what can only be classed as one of my favourite shoots of all time.

Posing was suberb, really professional and perfect. Not 1 bit of direction needed

Body was perfect. Face was perfect.

I would do the 3 1/2 drive back to Cardiff without a single flinch, just to work with Luna again.

Seriously, with rates like this, this girl should be booked 24/7.

It was our second shoot with Luna - first time we were working with her on Bristol Calendar Girls casting :)

We absolutely love her attitude, personality, talent and gorgeous look hence we have invited her to work with us on our project in London.

Pre photo-shoot communication was great, she arrived to the studio early to get prepared. She is able to do perfect make-up herself.

Throughout the shoot she was fantastic, full of energy, chatty and patient, posing easily with directions or without them.

Thank you for getting up so early on Sunday morning and travelling all the way from Newport to London :)

Unique Beauty

We had a fantastic shoot with Luna Black on Friday, in a joint shoot with Anna Quinn. Luna’s pre-shoot communication was excellent and she arrived on time, well-prepared and looking gorgeous. She was very easy-going, professional and fun to work with and struck fantastic poses with little direction. We had some concepts of what we wanted and Luna and Anna worked brilliantly together to put in place our ideas. The intensity they created together was amazing, both really committing to creating interesting images. It was a complete pleasure to work with Luna – she is thoroughly recommended.

Suffice to say, we’d met a couple of times socially before we arranged a shoot. We had vague plans for an intimate/boudoir style shoot, but other than that we pretty much free-styled it and had a relaxed couple of hours shooting at her home.

Luna’s got a fantastic look, confident and expressive. She needs little direction, bags of fun to work with and makes a fine cuppa. What more could you want?

The results speak for themselves. We got some fantastic images and I can definitely say that Luna is one model I’m really looking forward to working with again very soon. The rest of you can form an orderly queue!

Luna shot everything from teen fashion to boudoir with consumate ease across a weekend of shooting and has looks that lend themselves to cute as readily as they do to sultry. We're already planning a second shoot in the near future, with both of us supplying a range of ideas. The camera loves her.
