This is Joseph. Aged 12. Remember HIV AIDS? Yes, well, we have largely forgotten it in the rich West. Unfortunately in Kenya it is still very much a live issue as Joseph demonstrates. Aged 12 , HIV positive, Mum at work all day, life is pretty tough and if only the drugs worked. This is reality.
