Mick was wonderful to work with. He communicated really well with me and was kind enough to pick me up and drop me off at the station. We had a lovely chat with some coffee and he showed me the wonderful work he had previously done. Mick had a great selection of outfits including shoes, gloves, dresses, rompers, tops etc. He was great at directing me and helped me learn a lot about how I can improve. He was very well organised and overall just a wonderful man to have met. Hope to work together again in the future and recommend

What a great guy Mick is!

Great comms before, during and after our shoot.

Mick has an amazing array of garments to choose from where needed and his home studio set worked perfectly.

Mick constantly checked I was OK, offered me breaks, drinks and snacks and most importantly we got on really well making the shoot really fun.

Mick is laid back and a really easy person to get on well who gave me some great ideas and tips.

Loving the photos from our shoot which he has already sent me and I very much look forward to our next one!

Another amazing shoot with the talented Mick! On arrival at his home studio, Mick was enthusiastic and welcoming, and I knew instantly we were going to have a fun and productive shoot. He was well prepared with a range of beautiful clothing, accessories and hosiery picked out from his extensive wardrobe selection, and along with my own heels, we were able to put together some fantastic looks.

Mick has an instinctive eye for what makes a great image and gave impeccable direction as we went along, always mindful of my comfort levels. Styles varied from fashion to beauty portraits (our last shoot won a magazine front cover!).

His post-production speed is unmatched, and the images so far speak for themselves. If you get the chance to work with him, jump on it!

Having shot once before with Mick is was an absolute pleasure to see him again and work with him on another epic adventure of a shoot!!

This time we worked through many sets including some lingerie, fashion, a tennis set and even a set based on the music video to 'call on me' - That was a lot of fun!!!

Mick is so creative!! He always brings so much enthusiasm to the shoot, along with LOADS of outfits to work with!! He is fun to talk to and allows me to pose but is also happy to give some direction as needed.

Basford Hurst Cottage Photography Location

Mick came back to Basford Hurst Cottage to shoot with Miss C in the morning and then with Helen and Jody in the afternoon.

We always look forward to welcoming Mick to Basford, he's so creative and brings lots of energy and enthusiasm to his shoots!! He is always respectful of our location and makes sure to look after the models throughout the shoot time.

Had my first waterfall shoot with Mick and what a great experience, even braved the cold water to get a brilliant hair flick image 😍 I can't recommend Mick enough to any model at any experience as he's 100% professional and passionate

Also friendly and we have a good laugh too.

We meet at MacDonalds which Mick kindly offered breakfast, then it was off to the peak District which was only a short walk to the location, we were very lucky with the weather, we did the bikini shoot first, then a little break and quick change for our fitness shoot for a up and coming gym wear brand called fitt squad, which Mick is their photographer,

I'm very proud to have been asked to become ambassador for them,as myself I have a passion for the gym.

Basford Hurst Cottage Photography Location

Mick came to Basford Hurst Cottage to shoot with Studio owner and resident model Miss C (Leanne).

Pre comms with Mick were great and everything was organised swiftly and easily. He arrived on time with everything he needed for the shoot including an abundance of outfits, props and equipment.

Mick was completely respectful of our location at all times, making sure to ask if he needed anything. He is great to talk to, fun to have around, polite and a complete professional.

We have no hesitation to recommend Mick and really hope to see him again soon! Thank you Mick!!

Mick came to shoot with me at Basford Hurst Cottage and needless to say, after our pre comms I was really excited for the shoot!!

Mick had sooo many great ideas for the shoot, many of which we did manage to work through but we have loads left for another time too!! We worked through some art nude in the woodland, as well as some stronger styles with catsuits in the drawing room. Each time Mick made sure to pay attention to angles and lighting, really keen to nail 'THAT SHOT' - Which, having seen the edits, he most certainly did!

Mick is really fun to have around and conversation flowed throughout the shoot. I would highly recommend him and look forward to our next shoot together! Thank you Mick!! :D

I had my second shoot with mick and what fun we had shooting for fiit sqaud clothing, there were many outfits and all to my size. As I love the fitness industry this was right up my street and was very grateful for mick asking me to shoot the sports wear for him.

I can truly say mick is 100% professional kind and very welcoming,you feel so at ease from the moment you meet him! Always offering drinks and snacks ❤️ he knows how to look after his models

We have already arranged another shoot which I can truly say I'm really looking forward to!

I had a very chilled out shoot with Mick in a hotel room close to my home. We went through a number of shots including nude, lingerie etc. Mick is very easy to get along with and is happy to listen to your ideas.

We got a number of cool shots and I woyld be happy to model for Mick again in the not too distant future.

Mick is a very driven photographer with a great eye for detail and very clear ideas on what he wants from the shoot and how to get the best out of the model. Our shoot went off plan due to the weather causing chaos but we still managed to get some cracking shots. Pre comms were great as were the photos I received after. Yet another fantastic shoot with the talented Mick. Productive, creative and such an all round fun morning.

Early start to travel to a beautiful location which was luckily really quiet and peaceful throughout the shoot.

I had a great shoot with Mick this week after he contacted me on here.

We decided to concentrate on location images and I scouted a handful of amazing locations on the Wirral where I live ready for the shoot.

We settled on a boat graveyard, the lovely green belt land near my home and finally a beautiful quiet beach I know of.

Micks pre comms were great and he turned up on time and well prepared with outfits and equipment.

We had plenty of conversation and Mick had great ideas as well as listening to what I had to say and between us we whacked out amazing shots.

I would definitely work with Mick again, easy to work with full of conversation and great ideas :)

Had yet another amazing shoot with the legendary mick egan today. Ge picked me up from the train station and took me to his home studio. One of the themes was cake smash as it's soon my birthday. It was so much fun. He let me use the shower after. Polite and his direction for me to get the best put of the shoot was amazing! A great supply of cups of tea were on top form! Can't wait to see the edits!

I had my first shoot with Mick and what a lovely time I had,he was very welcoming and chatty, we chatted over a hot drink before we started the shoot. Mick is very professional and down to earth.

We picked afew outfits to shoot in, Mick was very helpful when I needed abit of direction which I'm always very grateful for.

Every different shoot we did mick show me the images he took.

This was my 4th shoot with the wonderfully talented Mick and I must say it might have been on of my favourite shoots of all time!

We discussed some ideas ahead and Mick as usual was full of creativity. He was kind enough to pick me up from the station and we went to shoot at his lovely studio/appartment with one of the most scenic views I've ever seen. He also has an amazing collection of props, costumes and accesories which were so much fun to work with.

From start to finish the shoot went just so smooth and was so enjoyable. We started out with some implied/art nude infront of the window, Mick managed to capture some beautiful shots in that set, he really goes out of his way to get some amazing angles in his images and it shows in the final result.

Afterwards we worked on some really creative storyline sets one included me wearing black angle wings and my favourite at the end was a horrory spider theme. Mick build an amazing set which looked just stunning.

Simply epic shoot and already loving the images I've seen so far! :)

So iv worked with mick a fair few times now but Sunday was our first location shoot together.

It was different from what iv done and it was really fun, pre communications where great, we had a solid idea of different sets to try which is always important especially on location and trying to not get too much attention.

The shoot was great we managed to do 4 sets in a rather short time due to how well communications whent.

I highly recommend working with mick if the chance occurs, iv worked with a lot and I always love our shoots and I look forwards to the next one too.

Thank you fpr the wonderful opportunity and can't wait to plan our next shoot.

Mick was fantastic to work with! Pre communication was spot on and it was clear from the get go, we would worked well as a team. Bouncing ideas off of each other, Mick had a vision to start but was still open for me to contribute etc. He had all the outfits picked and ready for me to wear for the day off. Mick is quick to respond to messages and was happy to pick the location which was a beautiful waterfall. Neither of us had been there before but we manage to find it, even though the navigation had let us down! Lol He was happy to lend a hand in helping me get ready for the shoot/outfit changes etc, considering we were out in the middle of no where and there was no where to change! Mick is completely professional and a gentleman. He gives good direction with posing and lightening but also gave me wiggle room to pose myself and try different angles. Needless to say, it was a great shoot and I’m more than happy with what we produced! Def recommend Mick and want to work with him again! He’s happy to grab the reigns with ideas and locations or he’s flexible to work off an idea you have. Already looking forward to our next shoot! Thanks again Mick! Xx
