Studio Luminescence

It was a pleasure to work with Leigh for the first time officially for a workshop. Though she has worked with Arabella one to one before, we were super pleased to have her as part of our group workshop on location with Cainivirous.

Simply put, Leigh is a wonderful soul. She is warm, chatty, funny and all around lovely. She brought a great sense of humour to our outdoor shoot. Leigh was creative in her captures and looked for ways to utilise the environment, outfits and props to create something unique.

Leigh - We know there's a little bit of a distance between us, but we would really love you to come back again soon! Take care of yourself and see you soon we hope!

It was my first time to work with leigh as she had booked me to work for her at Basford Hurst. She was professional in her communication and very professional when we met. We got straight on with planning what she wanted to shoot and she had brought lots of items to wear which brought lots of inspiration to me of how to wear them and pose. She was friendly to chat to and time went very quickly indeed.

I would be very happy to work with her again as we had a good giggle !!!

Basford Hurst Cottage Photography Location

Leigh came to Basford Hurst Cottage this week to shoot with Fleurdelis as part of her studio day event. All pre comms with Leigh were great and she was really easy to organise the shoot with. She arrived on time with everything she needed for a great shoot.

Throughout their time together, Leigh worked really well with Fleur to create many wonderful images and it has been lovely to see her creativity brought to life!! Leigh was very respectful of our location and made sure to ask if she ever needed anything.

We would of course highly reccomend Leigh, a wonderful photographer, polite, friendly and a joy to welcome to Basford. Thank you Leigh, see you soon!!

I love working with Leigh - she’s immensely creative, chilled, a wonderful human, respectful, and such a brilliant eye for creating ethereal portraits. Recently we worked on a couple of different tribal and gothic style shots, sheer material, tribal make up, death mask, fake blood - messy but absolutely AMAZING!

Would highly recommend Leigh to all models, she’s an awesome human being.

Leigh photographed me at a Renaissance workshop at Tankspace, which involved underwater (tank photograph) and rain machine. Leigh captured such a beautiful image of me underwater - "Gentle Embrace" - and then edited it in such a way that made the image so emotive! Very friendly person and good with communication. Hope to work with you again Leigh!

I've shot with Leigh many times now but thanks to Covid this one was a long time waiting.

We shot at StudioThreeZero in Farirk. As always Leigh is an absolute joy to work with, fabulous company, and some cracking images created in the process.

Had a remote shoot with Leigh whilst I was at neon dreams studio last month, loved it - I really loved her creative ideas and input, and she was so patient as we moved stuff around - it was a great shoot and I can’t wait to work with her in person in August

Had another wonderful shoot with Leigh this weekend during a Goddess themed event at The Boardroom studio! Now this shoot was meant to be in person but we had to switch to remote, this wasn't an issue as we have worked remotely together before!...

Just don't ask her to tell you the story of why she couldn't make it in person!!!...

Anyway as always what a lovely shoot experience, Leigh is always friendly, chatty and we certainly had many giggles whilst getting some beautiful images!...

Leigh happily shoot the styling and backdrops put together making little suggestions here and there to get the perfect shots!...

I highly recommend Leigh and it's always so lovely to work with a female photographer and get a different perspective! I cannot wait for our next shoot, which fingers crossed will be in person!...

Had SUCH an amazing shoot with Leigh last weekend, at Pavilion Studios, alongside my partner Natan - we were her Hades & Persephone for a few hours! I was very excited by this shoot as Greek myths have always been a big love for me - Leigh brought some incredible headdresses, dresses, pampas grass and lots of amazing ideas along, and we created several sets, with different moods, the images are bloody brilliant! Also managed to get a couple of Peaky Blinders style sets in - what a wonderful shoot 🖤

Leigh is friendly, creative, so easy going, and a fantastic photographer/stylist/human being. Would HIGHLY recommend!

Had the most excellent shoot with Leigh in recent Scotland tour, at Studio Three Zero in Falkirk - the theme was Red. And so much red there was!

We did a mix of soft fashion with flowers, edgy suits with a gorgeous headdress (all a bit Scarlet Witch innit), red sheer number, silver dress portraits with gels, some gorgeous floortraits with sheer material , and a Medusa jewellery portrait set. The images are amazing!!

Leigh is a wonderful human, awesome company, respectful, relaxed and so creative. Would highly recommend to all models!

Leigh is an absolute pleasure to work with - had the honour of working with her on a rather fabulous Moulin Rouge themed studio shoot, which she provided some incredible headdresses and outfits for, and at the Fright or Flight Creativity Hub event. Both shoots were incredible, the images are AMAZING. Simply bloody amazing.

Leigh is a wonderful human, friendly, artistic, cool to chat to, respectful and so lovely - would HIGHLY recommend. She's a absolute diamond.

Lovely to work with Leigh in-person finally at the glorious Guys Cliffe house, which was a total pleasure. Friendly, professional, easy going, Leigh shoots quickly and is considerate throughout, communicating her shots and sharing them on the back of the camera. The edits are absolutely luscious, she captured the beautiful ballgowns I had hired for the shoot and the stunning location with such dark beauty and elegance. Fabulous to create with and wonderful company! :-)

Leigh is a wonderful soul - had to re-arrange this shoot a couple of times due to unforeseen circumstances, but finally managed to sort out an early morning shoot, on the shores of the beautiful West Sands in St Andrews. Leigh was fully prepared, with a couple of insanely gorgeous outfits, and some ethereal head pieces, and we shot a few sets on the black rocks as the tide came in, then over by the beach side. The images are utterly mind blowing!

Leigh is friendly, respectful, funny, excellent company and so artistic - would highly recommend her to all models and creatives.

I had an absolutely wonderful shoot with Leigh yesterday during my remote studio day at The Boardroom. We had a couple of hours booked and they just flew by! Leigh was more than happy to go with my styling and wardrobe and set design and we got some beautiful images!...

Leigh was relaxed, chatty and friendly. What I really loved was that she wanted nice variety within the sets but also didn't over shoot and focused on the quality!...

Highly recommend Leigh for remote shooting! And cannot wait to hopefully shoot with her in person later on this year!

I had a great first remote session with Leigh on Saturday, from Scotland to my new home in Cyprus.

Leighs pre shoot communications were excellent and we quickly set up a date for a water themed shoot.

On thé day i was a little nervous as I hadn’t done an unassisted remote water shoot before and typically enough my laptop decided that would be the day it started to shut down randomly for no reason! But thankfully the technical issues resolved themselves and Leigh was an absolute pleasure to work with.

The process was a little slower as you can’t hear shutter clicks from underwater, but we managed several beautiful sets using a mix of fabrics, artificial flowers and some local flora and fauna that was available. Leigh was very patiente as I moved things round and fished petals out of the water etc..

What I saw on the screen looked really lovely and I am looking forward to seeing the end results!

I have now been banned from using my parents hot tub as I clogged the filter with flowers and turned it green - but it was worth it 😂

My second remote shoot with the lovely Leigh today. Pre-comms are always great and she gives me enough to go on without stifling my creativity in terms of styling, posing etc. We shot three beautiful sets today, had a lovely chat and I even met her gorgeous dog! Thoroughly recommended and I hope we can shoot again in the future.

Where do I start!

I loveddddddd working with Leigh!

Great pre coms, amazing creative ideas so I was super excited for our shoot!

During the shoot We shot some valentines / princess / girly vibes wtih balloons and backdrops remote shooting from my place to hers with Leigh controlling my camera via camera software.

The shoot seemed to fly by - as we got some super cool looks and images at the back of the camera!

A million percent recommend from me, one of my fave remote shoots to date!

I had a fabulous remote shoot with Leigh a couple of days ago from NZ to the UK. Leigh was great at communicating from our initial messages to our actual shoot, which made everything go smoothly. Leigh is a lovely person, even after having to wake up at the crack of dawn for us to shoot. I hope that one day we can shoot in person, very happy that we could connect in this way however. I'll happily recommend leigh to others, as a professional, kind and enthusiastic photographer.
