I cannot express how delightful it was to have the chance to work with this amazing gentleman on my recent tour of Germany. Largo actually got in touch quite early in the planning stages of my trip and had superb communications from the start: planning a tour can quite often be complex and time-consuming to try and coordinate your movements and bookings carefully to all work, and of course being fully prepped for each shoot that you’re set to be doing. Largo was brilliant, even before we had met/begun shooting as it literally took just a few email exchanges and we were sorted! I cannot thank him enough for his swift and confident responses because it enabled me to relax and focus on other elements of my trip like arranging transport and accommodation etc.

On the day of our shoot; Largo kindly picked me up from where I was staying in the morning and helped me transport all my things safely to his studio. He also did the same “taxi’ing” afterwards which meant I didn’t have to struggle with all my luggage - I take a LOT of stuff on tour. :P We had a full day of creativity booked in, and it was quite honestly the most chilled and non-pressured, yet HUGELY productive shoot that a model could ever anticipate. Largo is such a lovely person to work with and sets his priorities on ensuring that the models are comfortable, happy, have all the resources they need and plenty of tea on the go. :D Largo also insisted on taking me to a lovely eatery for the lunch break to ensure I got something not only filling and wholesome to keep modelling energy topped up... But also SUPER tasty! He definitely has epic recommendations on where to grab good food! All-in-all, the day genuinely flew by, which is always a good sign because it normally reflects on you having a blast at work/being in good company. All totally true! :) Largo goes above and beyond the “call of duty” to guarantee a fabulous shooting experience, so models are certain to come away from his shoots having had a great time working. 1000% professional in his approach, 1000% kind/respectful... And 2000% super-cool and easy to strike a rapport with. :D We chatted so much as we worked about literally all sorts which put an extra fun dimension on the shoot.

Also... LARGO IS AN ARTIST! A BLOOMIN’ TALENTED ONE TOO! I know this is predominantly a photography site, but my point is that; in the photography that Largo executes, he adds phenomenal artistic quality control into his work. That’s why he’s an artist. He had his visions set aside for what we planned to do on the day and already had a picture created in his mind, but then watching him actually doing the work and creating the images was just inspirational. From all the relevant props (if something was missing, he popped out to buy it!) to lighting that was the making of perfectionism, to offering directions on posing as his mind constantly worked in the background to smash the winning images. Photography on the artistic level is definitely more than just pressing a button, and the way that Largo invests into his work both technically and creatively just completely confirms that! The images in the back of the camera were sensational even before post-processing. When Largo kindly sent me some finished images in the days following our shoot: it goes without saying that they were SUPERB! :D Those shoots which give you buzz from the creative yield and sublime teamwork with other artsists - they are the best!!

So yes, I recommend this legend VERY highly indeed! He ticks every box in what a model hopes for in a successful shoot from the very best etiquette to being a simply brilliant photographer/creative eye in what he does. I will be jumping to work with Largo again should I return to Germany if he can put up with me for a second time! :’)
