MYSELF

Older male photographer, retired from professional job in public body. Extensive experience with photography generally, some for work purposes, using relatively modest equipment easy to travel around with. Most of my previous experience with models has been in outdoor locations, or well-lit interiors. Am beginning to try some studio work.

Prefer to work in the Derbyshire or Peak District area, or South London and nearby areas, but I can travel from these areas for a reasonable day return trip that also allows time for a shoot.

STYLES AND GENRES

My general style (female models) is 'alternative erotic'. Mostly NSFW, some SFW. I also do occasional 'street' shots and permitted photos of strangers when opportunities allow. 

Prefer to work with natural light in outdoor locations and well-lit interiors. I particularly like to create contrast, humour, irony, creepiness, mystery or surreal-ness by using locations like ruins, back-yards, urbex/rurex, old machinery, industrial settings, sheds, scruffy places, railways, woodland, dramatic landscapes, rocks and cliffs, unusual buildings and interesting interiors.

Influences and genres include vintage British fetish (e.g. https://vintagefetish.website), classic American pin-ups (e.g. Gil Elvgren: http://www.thepinupfiles.com/elvgren1.html), Cari Ann Wayman aka yyellowbird (https://www.flickr.com/photos/yyellowbird/ ), Jorg AC (https://www.flickr.com/photos/31009175@N04), François Cémoi (https://www.flickr.com/photos/fr34), and painters like Hopper, Balthus, Schiele and Modigliani.

CURRENT INTERESTS

Here are some of my current erotic themes. Good outdoor localities may a bit public at times (dog-walkers ahoy!) and may require some suitable timing. They may also require some walking to reach them, but nothing risky or difficult. Please do message me if any of the following appeal to you.

In no particular order:-

1. Skirt-Hiking - dressed in (mostly) hiking gear but wearing a skirt or dress.
2. 'Derbyshire Curiosities Revealed' - erotic photos taken at various local antiquarian landmarks in the countryside, as illustrated straight in (e.g.) two booklets by Frank Rodgers called 'Derbyshire Curiosities'. Includes ruins, industrial archaeological sites, strange rock formations, and so on.
3. 'American Dream Subverted' - not-so-demure renderings of American-Dream pin-ups (e.g. 1950s, see Gil Elvgren, above) by using non-American-Dream settings like urbex/rurex and industrial locations.
4. 'British Vintage Fetish Revisited' - inspiration from British men's mags of the 1950s (approx) and similar (e.g. https://vintagefetish.website)

These themes can also be combined in various ways for a shoot.

ARRANGEMENTS

Can travel but prefer to use public transport rather than a long drive. I'm happy to pay more-or-less standard rates, and I don't push modelling levels. I prefer 'natural' to enhancements. I'm not rigid about it but I'm not keen on large amounts of tattoo, or on piercings. Will explain what I'd like to do for a shoot beforehand, but I'm flexible and always appreciate ideas from models too to make it a joint and fun effort. Will also consider commissions.
