I had a very unexpected last-minute shoot with Kevin. Pre-communication was great; I was provided with all necessary information about the outfits and the idea. Also, Kevin was flexible and happy to adjust to my schedule. It was a remote shoot, but working with Kevin was so easy and fun! He had so many amazing creative ideas that perfectly suited the style and era he chose. It was very interesting to bring them to life! He gave me the freedom to choose the outfits and poses, but he also created really cool sets and lighting. In a couple of weeks, I was very pleased to receive some edited pictures that looked very creative and just gorgeous! I am very happy that we managed to work together! It was a really amazing shoot with absolutely stunning results! Thank you so much, and I am looking forward to working with you again!

I always love working with Kevin and this time was no different. He opted to take part remotely in the Kink Event Weekend ran by myself, Caitlyn J & J Black Photographic. As usual his pre shoot communications were excellent and the shoot was arranged and booked very quickly.

This time he didn't share a mood board but had expressed he was looking for particular lighting. On the day he directed John (as his hands) to move the lighting where he wanted it and happily played with his settings until he got what he desired. Kevin was clear in his delivery and communicated it with us well. This meant at the start of the call when we discussed ideas, we got through all of them in the time.

Kevin is, as always, polite, professional and super easy to get along with. Conversation easily flowed and he was happy to let Caitlyn and I do our thing, occasionally suggesting something or making us aware of lighting adjustments.

The back of camera shots looked epic and a few of the edits I've seen so far look even better!

It's always a pleasure to work with Kevin and I would happily recommend him to other creatives. He's a fantastic photographer and one that has really aced remote shooting - he can direct well, adapt quickly if necessary and is clear in his communication.

I've been aware of Kevin and his work for some time as he's worked remotely with Angel & I on a few occasions. The most recent was a Kink Event Weekend where I was offering lighting support and Kevin took part remotely.

I acted as his hands throughout the shoot as well which with Kevin's fantastic directing ability went smoothly. He knew what he wanted to achieve and directed me well to get the lighting just as he wanted. After we nailed that, he was happy for the models to pose freely, offering a suggestion here and there throughout.

Kevin's editing should also be mentioned because his post processing is truly great, the back of camera shots were great but the edits are phenomenal!

I had my first shoot with Kevin this week (remotely through PGD Studio in Leicester), he contacted me with a few ideas to choose from and pre comms were great, we emailed back and forth about outfits and makeup etc beforehand.

We mainly worked on his 'warrior' themed shots which gives a lot of options and allowed me to get creative and messy with some facepaint! I'm also always happy to do shoots that allow for a lot of expression and drama, which this certainly did! It was a lot of fun!

Kevin was so great to work with, full of ideas and happy to go with the flow if things weren't working as planned.

We got some really great shots and a wide variety of stuff shot during our shoot, I really look forward to seeing the images!

Another fantastic remote shoot with Kevin!

I am constantly blown away by working with Kevin, his ideas, and creativity and I’m just grateful that we have remote technology that has allowed us to make it all possible!

It’s super refreshing to work with somebody who you can just ‘go for it’ with, and try things you wouldn’t usually.

This makes viewing the results so enjoyable, and proud.

Always a pleasure to work with Kevin & this time was no exception, being a 6 hour remote shoot with Ashleigh Rae.

Kevin always has lots of creative ideas & this also extends to props & lighting.

Kevin is very easy to work with, friendly & knows what he wants from a shoot.

I have forgotton just how many remote shoots we have had together now, but each & everyone of them is different & very creative.

Kevin is always polite & gets on very well with his models

We very much look forward to the next one & I have no hesitation in recommending him to other models & photographers.

Kevin came back to Basford (remotely) to shoot with Cariad Celis.

All pre comms with Kevin were great and he was really easy to organise the shoot with once again.

I had a first remote shoot at PGD studio in Leicester with Kevin this week.

Pre communication was clear and spot on. Provided useful and beautiful moodboards.

On the day we connected through live video chat and his communication was very clear. He knew exactly what he wanted in terms of lights, set up, outfit etc. He was giving me great directions in order to get the best shots. Patient and fun to work with. I truly enjoyed working with him and creating different warriors themes. It was great to create the different look and posing getting into character.

I can’t wait to see the final results. I would recommend Kevin without doubts to any creatives and I would be very happy to work with him again!

We have worked with Kevin on remote shoots at Apex studio multiple times now & as always, he is a pleasure to work with.

He always has some great concepts to shoot & it's great to watch these develop throughout the shoot.

Kevin is very easy to talk to & works really well with his models. He is very patient whilst waiting for model & set changes & this makes the shoot work really well.

Another and another remote shoot with Kevin - this time during my studio day at Rococo Farm. Kevin has recently started a new 'Missing Pieces' project and thought my look paired with Rococo Farm would lend itself nicely to the theme, which it certainly did!

Kevin's pre shoot communications are exceptional - he detailed everything in the initial message so within a few messages the shoot was booked. He decided on the items he wanted to shoot, sent the links and then I ordered the items - everything arrived on time and worked wonderfully for the shoot, paired with a few of my own items too.

He's a wonderfully creative individual and someone who I truly enjoy working with. He's very patient with internet lag and never complains about it. His eye to detail is exquisite and I always know the shots are going to be phenomenal.

Basford Hurst Cottage Photography Location

Cariad Celis organised a remote shoot with Kevin here at Basford Hurst Cottage.

It was lovely to speak to Kevin briefly before the shoot, he is a wonderful man and clearly a very talented photographer. He worked well with Cariad to produce many incredible images.

I've lost count of the amount of shoots I've had with this wonderful gentleman, but each one just gets better and better. Our most recent was a revisit to a warrior themed remote shoot in a nearby woodland to my home.

Kevin's communications both via messaging and on the live video chat are super clear and he goes above and beyond to make sure his point is put across, this means we instantly get great shots!

On top of this, he's wonderful to work with! Kevin is polite and professional, yet conversation is easy, and we get lost having a catch up.

During our recent shoot Kevin was mindful that it was early morning and I was literally rolling around in the dirt, so reassured me regular warm up breaks were totally necessary.

I think its important to add as well that Kevin's post processing ability is superb, you can see the back of camera of one shot and it might end up totally different - it's phenomenal.

My first remote shoot and first time at PGD Studios and first time working with Kevin. It was insightful for me and helpful to do, I enjoyed our shoot I think we worked well together to achieve some great shots. I really like Kevin's style he captured me in my best light and I would happily work with him again. We got through a lot of sets in the 4 hour booking and utilized the space, making most of the time we had. Kevin was easy to work with and he clearly knows what he is doing with lighting with a vision of what he wants to capture which is refreshing and as a model comforting to have faith in the photographer to be tasteful in shots as it can be challenging when doing art nude it is delicate to get the shot just right, never mind a remote shoot relying on help from others. I feel today was successful and he filled me with confidence in his capability as a photographer - definitely recommend Kevin ☺️

Communications were great, clear, full of necessary information ... which made organising a shoot very efficient and stress free.

Kevin’s ideas were clear and it made it easier for me to select specific items to tailor outfits for certain looks to fit the criteria.

I worked with the wonderful Kevin for the second time at my home studio "Heavenly Bodies Studio" on a remote photoshoot and had such a wonderful time!🌹

Kevin set the theme for the day which was "remote kind-of Victorian" and provided a fantastic mood board of images that I could create wardrobe and styling from to suit the shoot! We worked together alongside "Roger More" who was lighting and camera assistant for the duration of the shoot! :)

We started the photography session in our home making the most of our grandfather clock and bookcase as backdrops to suit the theme and then headed to the studio and garden to continue our adventure! We even managed to miss a few showers and the photographs looked wonderful!

Kevin gave perfect direction and feedback on the day and I had such an enjoyable and creative shoot!

Kevin is a very patient, kind respectful gentleman who I can recommended highly to all. I loved his company so much that it was lovely to have a natter after the shoot! Thankyou for a lovely day, Helen x

Had a fantastic remote shoot with Kevin after he contacted me with a very detailed summary of his shoot idea. Pre shoot comms were fantastic including sorting the studio from across an ocean. I once again had the pleasure to work with Kevin on another remote shoot, this time on a different project! He sent a very detailed mood board of outfit suggestions over in advance, which were ordered and arrived ready for the shoot day. The main shoot was split between "light" and "dark" and Kevin absolutely nailed each one!

His pre shoot communications are genuinely the best on PP, he's very detailed which is super useful. During the shoot itself, he was very happy to go with the flow capturing stunning images as we went.

Kevin isn't afraid to change camera settings and does so effortlessly. He's polite and professional and such a down to earth person - it really is a pleasure to work with him.

It was yet another fabulous shoot and I look forward to seeing the edited shots!

I have lost count of how many wonderful shoots I have had with the true gent, that is Kevin!

I feel lucky to have met a like minded creative through the worlds of remote shoots. Who would have thought you could connect and create from opposite sides of the world, but we have and it's blooming awesome!! The time difference can be tricky, midday for me is 4am for Kevin, yet he always arrives on time and ready for a new venture.

Kevin is fantastic to work with and if you get the chance to work together, you should not miss out, from the initial corrospondance to the final images, Kevin is impeccable, great communication and amazing images.
