Over the last couple of years I have been pretty much exclusively shooting sports in and around my local area. I do love the immediacy of sports photography, capturing athletic split second decisions and movements - it really can lead to some striking imagery - That being said though, it's very much a point and shoot game with action shots, you don't really get a proper chance to compose your images and sometimes that can be repetitive and frustrating. 

With a background and education in film, composition and lighting is something I have always loved. And with an appreciation of the art of portrait photography I am now enthusiastically trying to explore and expand my photography skills with this form. Like everything I really think the best way to learn is by doing and am looking to collaborate with anyone interested in doing so.

I shoot on a Canon R6 Mark II, with a variety of lenses. Most looking for TFP shoots at the moment so please feel free to contact me.
