My first shoot with John whom I contacted directly.

I really liked his work and appreciate the level of effort he went to for our first shoot.

John booked SS Creative which is a fantastic City studio. Lots of natural light with large warehouse style windows and an infinite white wall.

We shot for 3 hours a variety of different looks using 4 different cameras/ lenses. Great to see the images and John explained much of the technicality to me in layman’s terms for my exclusive benefit!

Definitely recommend working with John.

I had a great first shoot today with John at my home. Pre Comms were great so I knew exactly what was expected and John came very well prepared!

It is clear he is just as knowledgeable as he is creative and he managed to get a good variety of images all of which looked great on the back of the camera.

John was very friendly, chatty and the time flew by!

I hope we get to shoot together again soon and would recommend John to models of all levels x

Second time shooting with John , this time in his beautiful home, with Matchbox Maus modelling .

From the moment we arrived, John made us all feel welcome, offering food and drinks, whilst showing me where I could set up and work.

All pre shoot communication was great, with all of us discussing ideas beforehand.

During the shoot John was happy to let us go in the direction we wanted, whilst setting up for the next set.

We all didn’t stop planning further shoots and laughing for the entire day .

John is definitely a photographer who is easy to get along with and happy to go with what everyone wants to get the best shots - even shooting with ultra violet for something completely different !

I highly recommend John , and look forward to our next shooting adventures !

Had a fun experimental shoot with John and Lianne86. John had excellent communication and came up with a few interesting ideas to shoot with so will look forward to seeing the final results.

We also discussed a few ideas for future projects so will look forward to those too.

Our plan of shooting outside was postponed so we got another indoor shoot.

Working with some cool lighting shots and doing bodyscapes, he’s a very creative photographer and is highly highly recommended by me.

John very kindly agreed to model for me despite being an absolutely fantastic photographer himself. The depth of his knowledge is remarkable and he is very generous with it.

In terms of modelling, he is a photographer’s dream. He is incredibly handsome and that comes across in every photo. I like getting natural looks and poses from my models and John was totally at ease whenever I raised the camera up. There was never even a hint of awkwardness and I really couldn’t be happier with the results.

He was every bit as friendly and charming as his messages suggested and I would jump at the chance to work with him again.

Had a lovely first shoot with John earlier this week- despite not having modelled in a good few months he put me completely at ease straight away and created a relaxed, friendly and respectful atmosphere. Even though our shoot was cut short by the weather we still managed to find some decent locations along the way and got some great shots. Highly recommend :)

Far too many years have passed since I last worked with this fabulous photographer and absolutely lovely gentleman! In fact…. My hair was a short bob shock horror!! What can I say about John that hasn’t already been written plenty of times and more.. he is one of the loveliest kindest souls you can meet, very polite, very relaxed and down to earth and super easy to click with (pun intended) I can’t believe it’s been this long… it feels almost criminal! John is a true artist in his craft and can work light in the most beautiful of ways. I’ve already seen the back of camera shots and he has also been kind enough to send me a Dropbox through to look at too (and mighty quick too might I add!) some absolute stunning images captured that day and I’m proud of every single of one of them. Working together again was like meeting with old friends and we had such a great time. Thankyou so so much for joining me at the Kiln, it was an absolute pleasure to catch up and work with you once again. Hope to see you again soon.

I sure have missed shooting with John, his many lenses and fantastic knowledge of them and various camera trivia.

I always learn something new.

I first met and shot with John back in 2012! We have every so often worked together since and I've always felt super relaxed and had fun.

Thank you so much for kicking off one of my first few shoots of 2024 in the right way!

John is honestly one of the loveliest people I have ever met. You're missing out if you don't shoot with him.

Had my second shoot with John and it was great!

Having already met prior on a test shoot outdoors we were both much more relaxed around one and another. He is very good at having a creative eye for art nude work and so easy to talk to and work with which makes all the difference!

Very prompt with showing images after the shoot to give an idea of what we have captured. A relaxed environment but works well and hard and always makes sure to check that I was okay.

As expected created some lovely images each set with a unique feel and look.

Very much enjoyed and hoping to work together again in a series as I develop my physique more being a body Bilder and capturing it at different stages!

Would recommend working with John ☺️

after some time messaging and a very last minute plan, I had my first shoot with John in coventry city centre where we were able to get a few headshots and portrait images which was great fun! We got to know each other well and it is clear that John knows his stuff when it comes to photography! Even in a short space of time we were able to get a lot of great images. Despite a short period of time working together I can tell he is very skilled and has a lot of knowledge.

Already another shoot has been booked and I'm very excited to work together again and explore lots more styles together!

I'm sure a lot of creative images will come of it!

Wow! What a glorious creative weekend! Travelled Wirral to Walsall to shoot with John Duder and it was worth every mile spent on 3 trains. Saturday evening was superb we shot at John's home and created beautiful images. John has a range of cameras and lenses and uses lighting perfectly to craft the moodiness that is much loved by myself.

We used potters clay to finish Saturday night and created a strikingly different set that captured strength in the vulnerability of making oneself look unglamorous. Really proud of our clay images, superb lighting for the sensitivity of the set. Love them so much! Then I was taken to my hotel and slept soundly.

Sunday Morning we were up at 5 for a studio shoot and created insanely different sets again on the infinity wall, the lift and industrial backgrounds available.

Already got the Dropbox and reference from John, who is the most lovely creative soul a model could aspire to work with. Have worked with John a few times now and would gladly hop on the train many more times and create images that make my soul sing! Thank you for a fantastic weekend of weird and wonderful creativity John.... This girl is beyond happy to recommend John!

Ive worked with John a few times now.

I knew I was going to enjoy todays shoot with him.

He has a wilingness to experiment with angles, poses and lenses that I find completely refreshing.

His style really encourages the emotive, powerful, crazy, serene and all other facets of me. When I pose for him I am modelling, but it also feels like Im revealing my inner self. I really love this.

John is kind, funny and is great to talk to and takes unique, daring, fabulous images that will embellish any portfolio. I cant recommend him enough

Had a lovely shoot with John alongside with my model freind charn, it was a nice refreshing change from the normal glamour myself and charn usually are asked to do together, John is creative and loves to try different things using just natural light, such a nice kind respectful person as well and even brought my favourite biscuits 😀

John is just absolutely hilarious. His personality and sense of humour made me want to shoot with him again immediately! A fantastic way to spend 4 hours of my life! I enjoy Johns passion for art and photography so much. It’s not just about a ‘picture’ it’s about art - what can this and that lens can do / I particularly like it when I hear things sorta like - let’s try and see what this crappy lens I found in the back of my wardrobe that’s potentially damaged or so old it’s falling apart can do. I love experimenting with his different lenses. Film on 35mm and up to date digital with gigantic lenses - it’s so refreshing to work with someone who just try’s all sorts of stuff. Because he does that - I do that for him. I posed some bonkers stuff today and knew he’d appreciate the crazy in it - I felt free and arty! Brilliant collaboration.
