I worked with JD Tuition for the first time for a photoshoot ahead of an art nude workshop we will be hosting.

The shoot went very well, John has some great ideas on set ups and lighting, and knows how to create some interesting images.

Attended a fetish lighting workshop at The Facility which John organised. Well run, good choice of model and scenarios. There will always be a couple of glitches when you have six people using different kit with lights but John dealt with them effortlessly. Enjoyed the experience and came away with some excellent images.

This was the first Fetish lighting workshop at The Facility that i had attended, organised by John of course.

It was a new experience for me from the previous levels but it was very well presented and fun.

Got some very nice images from it as well

Another wonderful shoot with this magic man!

I have shot with JD tuition a few times now and each one is different from the other but each time we have an absolute blast.

This time we went for a Kink themed shoot which I loved every second of.

We always seem to flow freely in conversation and laugh away which always means our time shooting goes by so fast. Shooting with JD tuition is always a highlight and there will be many more to come I'm sure!

This was my first shoot with John and must say i really enjoyed it and got some great shots.

First time in this sort of studio but helped having worked with the model on numerous occasions.

Picked up some good tips and listened to the ideas bouncing off each other.

I would have no problem recommending John and will look to work with him again in the future.

Another enjoyable shoot with John, the time flew by. He is very easy to get along with, has cracking ideas and is a highly skilled photographer.

We are also offering tuition together should anyone want to book.

I attended the Boardroom on one of Johns workshops, we used the natural light from the large windows, Flash was used on a couple of sets. As usual the time just flew by.

Today I attended one of Johns lighting workshops at Basford Hurst Cottage Studio.

It was clear that John and Leanne had done a lot of work in advance of the event with several sets defined to enable the photographer to try a range of lighting scenarios.

John has a wealth of experience of photography, and attending these events is a way of tapping into that knowledge.

One of the great benefits of Johns style is he lets photographers have a go things the want to try, and today's event was a good example, in the four hours we covered natural lighting through to flash photography at the end.

So if you want to improve you photography, then simply attend one of Johns workshops.

Very Highly Recommended.

John approached me about organising a lighting workshop at Basford Hurst Cottage and I was quick to take him up on the opportunity!!!

John came round to discuss all ideas prior to the day and then we continued to share ideas and plan until the day itself. John made everything so easy to organise!!!!

On the day John arrived with lots of useful information, including printed handouts, sample images and all necessary equipment.

Throughout the day he made sure I was always comfortable and looked after. John is incredibly knowledgeable and provided great feedback to every photographer who attended - I am sure everyone went away learning something!!!

I would have no hesitation to reccomend John and I certainly hope to run another work shop with him again one day!!!

I have over the last 12 months attended several of Johns lighting workshops

I have always had a clear process regarding the concept image I wish to shoot:-

Vision (The Concept I want to develop and create an image of)

Means (The model, the environment and any props required to deliver the concept image)

Capability (The technical ability to deliver the image)

Johns workshops help me to develop the Capability, photography can be a solitary hobby so to have a forum to raise questions and find solutions is great, but also to try different approaches is equally rewarding.

We all aspire to be better than we are today, so attending one of John’s workshops helps with that aspiration

John also has a network of highly talented models who act as great subjects to support the learning process.

So I would recommend any photographer to give the workshops a try and see if you can improve your capability to deliver a hobby, we all clearly love.

John came to Basford to shoot some images to help advertise our lighting workshop on the 16th May.

This is the second time I have met John and he is an absolute pleasure to work with. John is very knowledgeable and we moved swiftly between many sets and in the little time that we had John captured some lovely images!!

I am really looking forward to running a lighting workshop together and I would highly recommend him!! :D

I've been wanting to do a workshop with JD tuition for some years - finally, I managed it, and I'm really glad I did. The workshop was very useful, showing a variety of different lighting techniques. He is clearly a very knowledgeable person, with lots of experience of different studio lighting. There was a good variety of lighting and ideas within each set. He also provided written information about the well thought out and enjoyable evening. Thanks - definitely recommended by me.

My first time at a lighting workshop organised by John. He was at the studio in good time to welcome all members of the group and arranged several different lighting setups, explaining what we should, and did, achieve. Very easy to get on with and provided comprehensive instructions before, and during, the shoot. Recommended.

Attended a lighting workshop at SS Creative,Birmingham, arranged by John. It was a small group so there was 1-2-1 time if needed and John was happy to answer any questions I had. A very knowledgeable photographer/tutor, he explained each lighting set-up in a language that wasn't too technical. He is also a very pleasant person, easy to talk to.

John booked KatePop as the model and she was the perfect choice for this workshop.

Attended one of John's events at The Lampworks where I spent 4 hours photographing the amazing Amber Belle. John had prepared the studio perfectly and had set up a range of excellent lighting setups. John was able to assist and advise me when asked. The shoot could not have gone more smoothly.

Highly respected Man and Gent...He cares about Models and results! I was lucky to be in the right place and time yesterday! We all got great shots...The models worked above professional at the highest levels....the Tanks shoot was a great success! 10/10. Thanks to all the creatives who did a great job in the November sunshine!...Monumental day!
