I've worked with Isaac many a time, particularly when he is testing out new equipment or techniques and I have seen him work with many different people both experienced in modelling and completely inexperienced.

From both my own work with him and seeing him work with others I can say that shoots with Isaac are very relaxed and fun, he still has a lot to learn and is definitely improving as he learns more but I'd always recommend working with him.
