I had the pleasure of modelling at Image Red for the second time. Brian is friendly, professional and makes sure that you everything you need for the shoot. The studio is a great space and is well equipped with lots of props and options to create with.

It also has shower facilities which was a bonus when covered in body paint :-)

I'm looking forward to returning to the studio soon.

I just wanted to add another reference for Brian at Image Red, after yet another excellent shoot at his studio in Tamworth, Staffordshire.

Image Red is my home studio and Brian, the resident photographer and owner, can always be relied upon to give me a warm welcome, as well as some great coffee. Brian is a constant source of knowledge and advice, and is happy for me to just be left with my model to get on with it and be productive, but available if I need an assistant. I do really appreciate that!

The studio is well equipped with professional Bowens kit, plenty of choice of lighting modifiers, and lots of props to play with, should you need to add a few extras to a shot.

Image Red will always be my first choice of studio space and I recommend it to all photographers who are serious about their studio people photography.

I shot at Image Red for the second time recently and Brian is always a pleasure, offering teas and coffees and even let me know that someone had been stealing my images and posting them on a fake profile… He’s great to chat to, but also let’s you get on with it when you’re set with lighting etc.

The studio has everything you need, including props and outfits, I also just discovered the studio has an upstairs, so even more options and versatility!

My shoots at Image Red have always been productive, creative and enjoyable.

My nine-hour shoot (with two amazing models) on Saturday 20 January 2024, went like a dream.

I travelled from Plymouth for a 9 hour shoot at this lovely relaxed and very professional studio.

I had a fab day...got spoilt with hot chocolates and cups of tea.

The studio was warm..lots of props and Brian was a perfect host.

Had my first shoot at Image Red about 5 months ago, I've been back quite a few times since then and hopefully will continue to do so. My last visit was on Friday, to shoot with the wonderful Irida. It's an excellent studio, plenty of lights, props, sets etc and Brian is always on hand to help out with anything that's needed. Always enjoyable, always very productive and always a pleasure to shoot there.

An easy 100%+ recommendation.

I had the amazing pleasure of shooting FonicOfficial kindly assisted and set up by Brian. I think Brian may be my long lost brother to another mother. We hit it off immediately with many similar interests. Brian was kind enough to give me lots of assistance with lighting and scene setting. After attending my first group shoot at Iamge Red with Georgia Brown a few weeks ago, I was keen to book onto one of Brians model days so tday I had the pleasure of shooting UKCrystal today at his studio.

Image Red might not be the biggest studio but what is more important to me is the general organisation and vibe of the studio. Brian is a relaxed guy and makes everyone feel completely at home in his studio. I was welcomed with a hot drink and the studio was ready for me with a good selection of Bowens lights ready for me to use. I am reluctant to use lighting in some studios as they are quite old and tempramental but Brians setup was perfect, just popped the trigger on and ready to shoot.

Brian left us to shoot without interruption but was on had when I needed him. Had an amazing productive shoot with no technical issues whatsoever and have already booked the studio for another model day in a few weeks. Image Red isnt my closest studio but it is worth the journey to experience the relaxed vibe of the place which I will be using a lot more next year. Thanks Brian

In Search of That Perfect Shot..............

I attended a shoot with Irida and Georgia yesterday at Image Red Studios. I hadn't been to Image Red for a long time - too long!! Brian was his usual cheery self and nothing is too much trouble for him to assist with the background work of the shoot. I had to attend this as shooting Irida & Georgia together was an event I just couldn't pass by. Both models worked tirelessly and gave 110% to give me and another photographer the results that appealed to us. Thank you so much everyone - we must do this again next year please! This was my 1st photoshoot at Image Red Studios and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Brian was on hand to help out with lighting and modifiers and also contributed ideas when needed. He makes a lovely coffee as well and makes you feel very welcome. Brian is on hand when needed or is just as happy to work elsewhere away from the shoot.

The studio itself is very versatile and has different areas to mix the shoot up.

I was booked to shoot at the Image Red Studio today.

When I arrived, Brian looked after me pretty much straight away! Parked my car, took in my clothing, offered me a drink, took me into a lovely well lit dressing room and was on hand for the whole shoot!

Had my first visit to Image Red last night for a portfolio building workshop with Georgia Brown. The studio is very well equipped with lots of rooms a variety of shooting areas and plenty of lighting and props. Brian is an excellent host; very friendly and welcoming and clearly a very knowledgeable and experienced photographer. He was on hand to help out with the lighting and set building, doing the all important coffee making and even sorting out some ‘technical issues’ that a couple of the photographers were having with their cameras. A very enjoyable and productive evening and I look forward to working at the studio again.

This was the first time in a long time I have been back in the studio shooting a model since Covid and taking a long rested break. Brian was as amazing as ever. I cant recommend this studio any more than I already do.
