Sixties fashion studio day at Synergy photography studio.

Another fabulous shoot with Henry at my Sixties fashion event he attended at Synergy photography studio with all Covid-19 guidelines met so it is a safe environment for everyone. Our eleventh shoot together with amazing results.

Henry arrived on time and we got down to it capturing some swinging sixties looks, he is happy for you to pose freely and he gives great direction where needed, showing you the images as you shoot which is great and lets you see your posing allowing you to adapt if need be. Henry is confident with communicating with the model what works and what doesn't. Good communication is key to wonderful results.

The sixties is a one of my favourite era's with a wide variety of looks and styles and Henry loves it also really loving the range of outfits, styles and makeup that I had put together.

A professional, passionate photographer and friendly, kind hearted person.

Technical minded, knowledgeable and always looking to gain more experience.

So it was the first time that i had the pleasure of working with Henry as part of my studio day at Synergy photo studio in Livingston. When he arrived we had a quick chat about the type of thing he would like to shoot and the types of poses that he thinks works best and we just went from there. We started with a fashion set and ended up with a nude set. He was lovely to talk to throughout the shoot and such a friendly chatty person. I love the images so much from the shoot, they are some of my favorites from this year for sure. I would recommend him for sure and truly hope we have the opportunity to work together again sometime.

I had an amazing tenth shoot with Henry doing a socially distanced shoot outdoors in my garden just outside Perth. Another terrific day of weather, we did a mixture of looks up to nude level with once again some wonderful imagery being produced together and Henry capturing some expressive images and unusual angles which I love.

Communications were excellent during and leading up to our shoot, arriving on time with lots of energy, ideas and some beautiful props. He even set up a little picnic blanket scene in part of my garden whilst I got ready for our first look. I felt at complete ease with Henry, he is so friendly, happy to let your poses freely flow and also give direction if needed, always making sure I was comfortable. We had a really nice relaxed shoot with amazing results and Henry is always striving to improve and play around with different lighting techniques.

Henry is very professional, relaxed, informative and motivated.

A joy to work with, a complete gentleman, knowledgeable and very engaging.

Highly recommended to all creatives, don't miss out on a shoot with this lovely person and fantastic photographer, a joy to create with and we always have a fabulous shoot.

Henry applied for the eShoot casting that myself and my partner put out, where we shoot images specified by the photographer and deliver the specified amount of RAW files.

Henry's communication was flawless and he was very quick at answering any questions I had. We discussed what sort of images he was after and quickly put together an idea in our heads.

Henry was very efficient and we understood perfectly what he wanted. He was perfectly polite throughout the whole communication and very patient.

Vintage burlesque group shoot at Synergy photography studio.

My ninth session with Henry at my vintage burlesque evening group shoot at Synergy photography studio with my makeup by Creative Makeup by Saskia. We had another wonderful and productive time with Henry capturing some gorgeous images from our titillating looks we created for our vintage burlesque theme.

Henry arrived on time, bubbly and and ready to get behind the camera and capture the lovely looks we had put together. So approachable and friendly with alot of passion to take images he loves. Gives great direction but is also happy for me to go with the flow. I have worked with Henry on many group shoots and he is always cheery and friendly with the other photographers and makes sure everyone get's there fair share of time. A wonderful photographer to work with on 1-1's aswell though and will always make sure you are happy with everything, safe and enjoying the shoot.

I love shooting with Henry and he always captures such beautiful images. Once again we had a very productive session with raunchy but feminine touches.

Henry is a professional and fantastic photographer, such a gentleman and a really lovely person. I highly recommend him to all creatives, do not miss out on a shoot with him.

Christmas pin up at Synergy photography studio.

My eighth shoot with Henry at my Christmas pin up event he attended at Synergy photography studio with Creative Makeup by Saskia. Having worked together many times now I always know I will have a fun and relaxed shoot with Henry, achieving a mixture of lovely, colourful results.

It was a joy to shoot with Henry again treating him to some festive fun. He arrived on time, eager and excited to capture some truly beautiful images.

Always respectful and professional, works well in a group shoot or a 1-1 session with such a delightful and warm presence Henry is so friendly and manages to capture striking images. We had a really fun group shoot and our time went so fast.

Highly recommended to all. Don't miss out on a shoot with Henry, not afraid to experiment with his images and is so passionate about creating something beautiful. I always leave with a smile.

Henry booked myself during a studio day at candy heart in Scotland which was a pleasure. Henry knew what he wanted to capture and brought a few outfits along to the shoot. We managed to get through a lot of outfits and capture a lot of shots.

Henry is very passionate about his photography and likes to get an image perfect. Henry will put his all into a shoot and knows exactly what he’s looking for.

Another tremendous shoot with this enthusiastic and creativity-loving gentleman! :D We’ve managed to shoot somewhere a little different each time, and always bounced off each other with different ideas. It really is a pleasure working with Henry.

So this time, the venue of our choice was MyPad studio in Glasgow during my latest tour of Scotland. I myself have worked at the studio multiple times, so I knew that they had great lighting resources and easy access for both of us. Now when I work with Henry, it’s almost a competition of who can bring the most stuff haha! Which lines the inspiration of course for the actual shooting session, but MyPad is perfect for being able to “walk right in” with all your gear.

Alas, it has to be said: Henry is renowned for selecting beautiful garments and accessories for his shoots. :) He must literally be on the lookout for new goodies ALL THE TIME because each and every time I’ve met up with him, he pulls something different out of his box of tricks. This time it included an absolutely gorgeous chain mail number that he’d acquired especially, and several other pretty dresses. It’s probably very often the case that models will barely even dive into their own wardrobe (aside from shoes etc.) because Henry thinks each shoot through very carefully, and puts a lot of effort into tailoring the ideas to the model/location and facilities. It’s partly what makes is love for photography really shine through, because he does get his thinking cap on in fabulous ways before the shoot has even started! Henry also graciously allowed me to keep some of the items he had brought... Note to self/other models: consider extra space in your luggage when working with Henry to ensure you have room for these lovely and generous gifted pieces. :P

As the fun began, the lights came on and the picture-making commenced! With each set, we got something unique. :) Whether it was the mood/vibe in the styling, or the lighting alterations... It was a superbly productive session. And Henry being Henry: he was totally happy and willing to allow me to give input as the shoot went on, enabling the same wonderful teamwork rapport to unfold as is best on any one-to-one shoot. You’re all aiming for that killer shot, and Henry values this in the contribution of the model as much as anything. :) So the sets hit the bag, and the time just flew... What a lovely shoot! Genuinely lovely!

And the laughs, I can’t forget the laughs! The volumes of chinwagging/catching up and laughs we had surely puts us high on the national chatterbox awards leaderboard! :D Henry is just naturally such a friendly and warm-hearted person to the core. He arrives excited for the forthcoming collaboration, and leaves in exactly the same mood... The vibes are routinely positive. So that also leads me on to Henry’s etiquette and approach on his shoots which is also very important for models that may be due to work with him: he is someone that I wholeheartedly recommend as a safe and respectful photographer (any day of the week!) And I 100% look forward to us getting the chance to work together again on my future adventures up to Bonnie Scotland. :)

Another amazing shoot with Henry at my Autumnal creative body paint and fashion group shoot with in house MUA Creative Makeup by Saskia at Synergy photography studio.

Our seventh shoot together with such creative and glamorous results.

A rustic look full of reds, yellows and golds, accessories, lots of leaves plus a lovely leaf top and skirt which I managed to put together and with all of that and the beautiful makeup and body paint that Creative Makeup by saskia did creating a wonderful Autumn style we achieved a wonderful dreamy Autumn look.

More fun working with Henry, he takes a good variety of images, always makes sure you are having fun, is relaxed and gives direction well where needed. Very professional and such a bubbly personality plus on top of all that he takes wonderfully artistic imagery.

Thank you to Henry for attending our Autumn themed group shoot. Such a pleasure to create more stunning images once again with you.

I highly enjoyed working alongside Henry on our sixth shoot at an apartment I had booked in the New Town, Edinburgh over a few days in September. Henry arrived on time with his camera, some outfits and a big smile. We achieved some lovely images together once again and even though the original apartment I was meant to have been in had to be changed Henry was more than pleased with the modern location I had booked with lots of light, space and a quirky side.

A complete gentleman, happy to let the model pose freely but also eager to direct if he sees something that he thinks will work. Full of passion and enthusiasm to take the best images he can in situations he finds beautiful with a wonderful personality and is always making sure his model is happy and safe.

Professional, relaxed, polite and really fun to work with always looking to achieve the best but also a slightly different perspective which I love.

I highly recommend Henry to all creatives. Do not miss out on working alongside him.

Seren Wise

Second shoot on one tour! I had a shoot again with Henry today, a duo with Evie Siddal. Again Henry was very friendly, chatty and relaxed throughout. He was happy for myself and Evie to pick out the outfits we wanted and freestyle our poses.

I always learn something new and interesting when shooting together!

Had a lovely shoot with Henry today as part of the duo day Seren Wise and I were doing at my flat. Henry is very friendly and chatty, and was very complimentary about mine and Seren's look and modelling work.

I shot with Henry for a couple of hours, at Candy Hearts home studio- what an excellent shoot it was!

We did a mix of outdoor portraits, natural light headshots, lingerie, beauty dish nudes, and so much conversation between sets. The images look absolutely beautiful!

Henry is very laid back, chatty, friendly and creative, a chilled fellow. Would recommend to all models!
