This time Paul picked me up from home and by 6am I was standing in the middle of a field awaiting the sunrise. I had applied for his casting earlier in the year for an early morning shoot and we decided the weather was perfect.

Always happy to shoot with Paul, he's so easy to chat with, good fun and appreciates every effort I make to help achieve his ideas. And he's excellent at giving direction across a field! Always highly recommended.

Got the opportunity for another outdoor shoot with GPL, while the good weather lasted. Fun to scramble about in the rough parkland to find a nice background, pose for possible composite images, and try to blow bubbles without dripping goo on the man trying to shoot them... or on his kit!

Always great to shoot with Paul, he's such a nice guy, straightforward cheerful and fun to chat with. Definitely highly recommended - if GPL has a free shooting slot, take it!

We're up to shoot no 8 and this time we decided to head outdoors so I suggested a location and with my fingers crossed, off we went. I wasn't at all sure we would find what we wanted but my choice paid off. Beautiful woodland with sun through the canopy and an open field of long grasses bordered by dark green ferns.

Paul soon set to and in no time he was moving us from place to place achieving great images as usual. We reviewed the whole lot afterwards and I'm so pleased with what I've seen.

Always highly recommended by me, Paul can adapt to any surroundings, gives great direction and always easy to chat to.

I've admired Paul's work for a long time and we finally got a date pencilled in and got down to business.

Paul came with vast amount of lighting equipment, very professional and gave great directions and input, from glamour to sihoulletes and from I saw on the back of the camera was absolutely fantastic stuff. I would highly recommend Paul if you want a portfolio update and get him booked in the diary asap.

Always great to work with GPL, and nice to take advantage of the fine weather and shoot outdoors in the park, rambling about to try and find some suitable locations.

Paul is lovely to chat to, kind and ever-inventive in trying to get an interesting image, so it's always a nice relaxed shoot... even when finding unexpected nettles walking through the long grass! :)

More than happy to recommend Paul to anyone, as ever.

Another great shoot with GPL and this time we had a new location with plenty of natural light, space and neutral décor. Paul went to town utilising the space and we moved around making good use of all areas.

Always a pleasure working with Paul, his input is always positive and a great help if I’m floundering. He sees opportunities quickly in a new environment and our shoots always run nice and smoothly.

I had a 4 hr shoot with glossy and what a great shoot it was. He came prepared with lighting, backdrops and a good sense of humour making for a very professional yet relaxed shoot.

The main focus of the shoot was to get some bodyscapes for my portfolios, although we did manage to fit in some other bits and bobs too. GPL is a true gentleman and does not take "pussy" shots which I find very respectful, adds a whole new level of trust to a shoot.

If you are looking to expand your profile then book him when you can. He is an amazing photographer who strives to get the best out of every shot, offering gentle direction along the way.

Great to shoot with GPL again, and a treat to get to shoot outdoors on such a beautiful sunny day. Something I've not done much of, so I was curious to see how that would work out - beautifully!

Despite a really hot day, very bright sun, random (though pleasant) passers-by, unpredictable breezes only when NOT required and the risk of incipient dehydration, Paul captured some lovely dreamy images as professionally as ever.

I'm happy, as always, to recommend GPL to anyone!

No wonder he has so many good references. I not only had a good comfortable, enjoyable shoot but obtained great helpful advice on posing improvement. I hope that this experience will improve me going forward and I'm grateful to this photographers patience and input helping me learn.

I filled a cancellation slot today to shoot again with Paul. Always plenty of ideas usually starts with one and progresses effortlessly to more. Today we concentrated on close-up work, and nude, very low lit images which look great on review.

He is always a great time keeper, totally reliable, inspires great confidence and I always learn something to take forward.

Highly recommended once again. Thanks Paul.

I had the pleasure of modelling at a studio/lighting workshop Paul organised last weekend for 6 photographers. I answered to a casting he put up a couple of months beforehand and was lucky enough to be selected.

Firstly the communication and organisation from Paul was incredible. Once I had been chosen for the workshop I recieved a very detailed breakdown of everything I could possibly need to know about the day and more soooooo many weeks in advance. He kept in touch and made sure everything was ok right up until the night before.

The workshop itself ran impeccably smoothly and was very informational (even for me). Paul worked so hard to put together such a great day for the photographers and models and it really showed.

A truly professional, courteous, talented and friendly photographer. I am so glad I got the oppurtunity to work with Paul and hope to do so again in the future. Many thanks, highly recommended.

I attended one of Paul's recent lighting workshops and I left very happy! Paul was clear what he'd cover before the workshop and certainly delivered. A number of different styles and techniques were covered throughout the day and plenty of time for us to put it into practice - but always being on hand to answer questions. Recommended to anyone who wants to gain a bit more confidence and knowledge!

I attended a workshop run by Paul on one lighting setups. The organisation of the day was excellent and Paul showed a lot of empathy towards us all and couldn't have been more caring and helpful in his effort to ensure that we all achieved the photographs we wanted. He had a lovely manner with the models and although he had to find a model at the last moment, managed it in order that the workshop still went ahead as planned. Since the workshop, Paul has sent each of us a very comprehensive pack with notes and everything that was covered on the day in order for us to be able to reflect on what was covered. An excellent tutor who I hope I have the opportunity to work again with and attend one of his workshop. I would highly recommend Paul for his workshops and to models for his professional but very relaxed and considerate manner. Thank you Paul for a really excellent day which was such good value. Adrian
