Semi-pro photographer focussing on glamour bikini/lingerie, topless, nude, erotica & adult. Working only with +18 models. During shoots, my wife who is a photographer/model might be present.

Shoot intentions:

All shoots and productions I do are with the intention to use and distribute the pictures in one or several of the following channels:

• editorials in printed or on-line magazines
• editorials for on-line pay-sites
• commercially for shops or catalogs (brand related)
• private collectors
• personal use by the model
• my own portfolio

In all of the above cases I will need the model to sign - afterwards - a model release. This release will transfer the rights from you - the model - to me and allow me to use/reuse and modify the pictures and sell them within the context of the shoot. The release is also used to proof your identity and to proof your age (legal age of 18 is in most styles required).

As an example: If the context of the shoot is to work for a private collector, then I will only sell the pictures to a private collector and the results will never show up in editorials (printed or web) or any other platform which is not intended for the context of selling to a private collector.

Model payments:

In return for the model release I will pay you a modelfee which is based on:

• styles performed (adult pays better than fashion)
• amount of quality pictures made (experienced models can charge by the hour as we known how much content we can create per hour with them, beginners or mid-level will be pay based on real results)
• expenses related to the model and paid by us will influence the overall budget and as such the modelfee 
• budget restrictions of the customer (known upfront)

Payment in cash is always in euro. Otherwise PayPal is used and can be in GBP or Euro or USD (or any other currency as requested by the model)
