     Hi My name is Gary, I'm 52, married. I have 3 teenage daughters and a Dog calle Dora. I,ve always loved photography since my early twenties, but I started getting very serious about my photography around 14 years ago when I bought my first Nikon DSLR. Back then Though I was really into natural history photography/wildlife and architecture, I was lucky enough to have several of my pictures used by the BBC on various bbc nature websites. I also been published in the Liverpool daily echo with a picture I took of the endangered Scottish Wildcat.

       I already have my City & Guilds level 2&3 Certificates with distinctions in photography, and I am currently studying for my City & Guilds Level 3 Diploma in digital imaging. Later this year I plan to start  my Photography degree . I am currently unemployed, but I am in the process of setting myself up to be a self-employed freelance photographer. Photo essays and photo journalism are two of the main areas I am interested in, but after doing my first model shoot just over a year ago decided I wanted to do more. As a result for the last year I have been building my portfolios around female models, Tattooed female models, 1950's fashion, most of the shoots I do are based in Sussex, mainly along the coast.
