I attended a SFX/"golden girl" shoot today, where DorotaMUA did the makeup. And wow, what an amazing look she created on the model. It looked gorgeous and matched the headpiece she had also brought along perfectly.

During the shoot Dorota was on hand to touch up the bodypaint. When she wasn't working, she was chatting along with the group of photographers, making everybody feel welcome and at home.

I will keep my eyes peeled for the next opportunity to shoot her creative creations, for this lady knows her stuff! Highly recommended!

Dorota is a genuinely talented MUA but so much more :-) Patient and easy going to chat to but her professionalism and attention to detail is remarkable. I adore working with Dorota! I’m so fortunate to have worked with this true talent not once but THREE times in under six months. Dorota indulged my mad idea of holding a back to back SFX workshop weekend and it was a huge success with both days sold out! Not a surprise really as Her work really is incredible and the fact that it started selling it straight away speaks huge volumes about her work! Seriously if I could have Dorota as my personal MUA for all my shoots even the smaller beauty ones I would! Worth every single penny and more! We spent the two days working together intensely which can be very tiering but no matter how tiered she was, Dorota was on hand completely for touch ups across both days. We had a great time hanging out after the shoots too. She’s the nicest, most lovable personality. One fabulous lady and easily my go to make up artist. I’m very fussy with MUAs but I trust this lady completely. Thankyou for painting me up so beautifully both days and for looking after me and my skin. I’ve not suffered any breakouts and my skin and hair are in the perfect condition they were in before Dorota started. Very highly recommended. A true talent and a new friend for life 💖

This lady is absolutely amazing! She came to my rescue at short notice for my studio day at York and turned me into an amazing snow queen! Her level of high end skill and professionalism are second to none and I'm super impressed by her! She creates stunning props as well as incredible sfx makeup. She also assisted me throughout the entire day with my headdresses and corsets and was on hand for any touch ups required. At the end of the day she was also very kind enough to help me get to back to Leeds as this was a very late studio day finish and trains were getting less and less. I'm so happy with the work from Dotty and can't wait to work with her again soon! Such a lovely talented lady and very highly recommended by me. Five stars!! Xx

I had a 121 shoot with Marie Jean Taylor and Dorota on their Snow Queen day at York Studio. Dorota's hair and make up was totally on point, very classy and technically perfect. She is a very talented lady who definitely knows her craft. This makes a huge difference to the final images. Very highly recommended by me. I have worked with Dottie 6 or 7 times now and each time she amazes me with her artistic skills. This time we booked her at very short notice for a Studio Day with Marie-Jean Taylor to create a Snow Queen. The results were stunning, not only the magnificent make-up but also the props she makes specially for each shoot.

You must work with this lady to appreciate the skill that goes into each piece of artistry.

A Shot in the Dark

Describing Dorota as a makeup up artist doesn't quite seem to do justice to the incredible pieces she creates.

She's easily one of the top mua's in the country and having done two shoots now involving her work it's easy to see why.

She is incredibly talented and an absolute perfectionist, all her looks are unique and perfectly put together. But really all you need to do is look at her gallery to see just how incredible she is.

Her communications regarding the looks she's going to create are top notch.

I can't recommend working with her enough, you'll get images like no others thanks to her. I'm already planning on booking her again, she's well worth it.

The title MUA does not do justice to her talent. I would argue that she is an artist who does makeup. Her work is stunning.

I have worked with Dorota quite a few times and each time I am just so excited to see her amazing creativity. She is not just an amazing hair and make-up artist but also incredibly skilled at styling and making props including headpieces and chestpieces.

She puts so much into each shoot coming up with added extras that really lift the whole look to the next level. To top it off she is a really lovely person and I would always jump at the chance to work alongside her.

I love every opportunity I get to work with Dorota and am constantly recommending her to others as her work is simply out of this world! She is incredible!

This weekend posed a slightly new challenge in that Dorota had both me and Ellarna to work with, she managed it really well though and brought SO MANY supplies including one of her own amazing creations perfect for duo shooting! Her work really does speak for its self but Dorota is also a really lovely and creative person and hugely valuable member to any team!

I worked with Dorota on a recent duo shoot alongside Scarlot Rose and photographer TOXIC. Not only is Dorota an excepiionally talented MUA she's also just lovely and easy to get along with :)

When I first looked in the mirror after this lady had worked her magic on me I was amazed at how different she'd made me look :-D

Great to meet & work with Dorota for the first time on Saturday on our shoot with Scarlot Rose & Ellarna.

Dorota's make up skills are simply superb and so creative, it was a real pleasure to watch.

Great to see Dorota getting hired by other members of PP as she really is a fab HMUA and one of the hardest working people I know. I find it hard to believe she's not even full time. Which in my humble opinion is a crying shame.

Last night saw our gazillionth collaboration as she provided moderately straightforward make up duties for me with @MarinaLurba.

Expertly deciding upon a golden glow to compliment Marina's mediterranean looks Dorota effortlessly created a wow look even for basic make up and this was further enhanced with some hari styling partway through the shoot that imeediately lifted the next few looks into high fashion territory.

There's a few reasons I often arrange shoots around Dorota's availability and it's she reliable (never let me down), always produces great work, and when it comes to creative looks there's few to touch her on this site.

Next shoot is just a few weeks away and already looking forward to what she'll create for it.

Another amazing shoot with the amazing Dottie!!!

The only way i can describe her work is how I said before - something out of disneyland - seriously its so magically beautiful and one of the highest standards I've seen in an MUA

this time we had a shoot with snakes and Dottie had created a whole head piece with body pieces out of real moss and materials - SO SO incredible.

I look forward to our next one to see what other magic we can create.
