References for Dark Venice

Aww I was so delighted to have heard from Steve, he had a new idea he wished to try out on a trail or error basis, mood board images shared before shooting and precomms nice and simple. Steve booked the RawPics studio, was there ready and waiting on time and had brought a couple of items along to add to the shoot which worked really well. I'm not sure how I forgot how sweet and softly spoken this man is, he's so easy to work with, knows what he's trying to create and communicates it very well. Totally happy to let me free pose with his ideas and will also give suggestions to help to achieve. From the first shot he showed me I were confident we'd get the shot he was looking for and I think we did, if not more. Talking of another session again in the near future. Highly recommend

This was my 4th shoot with Steve and once again such a fun experience! We did a few different styles at a location we both agreed on (but hadn't been to before), unfortunately it was fenced off meaning we had to switch up our plan a little- however this didn't hold us back just made it more adventurous. Steve provided a couple of outfits and some accessories which worked really well we created some great images which Steve was quick to share. Such a lovely gentleman always feel totally relaxed. Look forward to working together again. Thankyou x

I had the pleasure to work with Steve again today and it was great fun. Steve’s pre shoot comms are excellent and he has some exciting and novel ideas that makes the shoot such an enjoyable experience.

I am really looking forward to seeing the outcome of our collaboration.

Had a shoot with Dark Venice 2 years ago. He did a cemetery shoot of me and my friend, and had some great creative ideas. We were both very pleased with the results. He was pleasant to work with and gave direction whilst also allowing us to input and steer the flow. Great working with you!

We had a great time exploring dartmoor in the rain, where is qas easy to maintain social distancing.

We got some brilliant shots and I am looking forward to the freedom to shoot again.

Just got back from a Peaky Blinders shoot with Steve.

He is excellent at pre shoot communication and arived on the day fully prepared and organised having done research into the shoot theme.

Steve is incredibly friendly and personable. He was great at directing myself and the male model but was equally happy for us to contribute ideas. I felt comfortable and at ease throughout the shoot.

He also shows you the shots on the back of the camera throughout the shoot and they were excellent.

I can not rate him highly enough. Would recommend to any model and would not hesitate to book another shoot with Steve.

Steve organised a shoot with me at a beautiful waterfall location that I know of. Steve picked me up right on time. When we got to our destination Steve had brought lots of props for the shoots and had many ideas he wanted to try out.

Steve was really easy to model for and we got so many awesome shots. Recommended by me :)

Steve has the same fashion taste as me and he loves to create a story behind the photo.

He took me to a church ruin place and I wasn’t dissapointed . Together we put ideas of posing and I look forward to receiving the photos soon..

Pre Comms were really good, we knew exactly what we were shooting and knew where we wanted to take the shoot.

The shoot ran really smoothly, we tried out many ideas and he was very prepared.

Also makes a cracking cup of coffee :)

Just returned from a Tarot-themed location shoot with Steve. He arrived on time; planned ahead brilliantly; provided lots of interesting props, clothes and ideas (and hydration, thankfully, as it was a blazing day); and was punctilious about paying me (which was very nice of him, as I am always shy about asking). Excellent direction and feedback as well. I only hope I did justice to his vision ...

This was my second shoot with Steve and once again I has a great time. Excellent pre-coms and picked me up which was much appreciated.

This time we worked on a BDSM themed set but Steve remained ever professional and respectful. The images on the back to the camera looked incredible so I cant wait to see the finished images.

Just had a second shoot with Steve after our first during a group shoot 3 years ago. We worked on his mental health project today which was super interesting and challenging! He had a clear plan for the shoot, with example images to work from, as well as offering really useful direction. The images I saw on the back of the camera looked really cool!

I had a very enjoyable first shoot with Steve. He picked me up and drove us to the studio which made things super easy for me. He had all his props sorted so I only had to bring a few basics and we got through several different concepts in our short shoot.

Steve's pre-coms were great and he provided me with lots of information about what we were going to be shooting. On the day I found him to be friendly, professional and very easy to work with.

I can happily recommend Steve to others and I hope to be shooting with him again myself very soon!
