KINGSTON, Ont. (19/09/2020) - Kevin Offord has been driving the Kingston Trolley for the last five years. The Covid-19 pandemic has also affected this popular Kingston attraction. “The normal capacity of the trolley is 35 people but now we are limited to 14” he says.
