I had the pleasure of working with Trev on a 1-2-1 basis through a group shoot he had arranged. I can't honestly recommend him enough, his communication prior during and even after has been fantastic, making sure I would be comfortable in the costumes he designed, which I've honestly not seen any other work like it so it's awesomely unique.

Trev gave me direction throughout the shoot along with positive feedback and I've already received my edited images which are fantastic. If you have the opportunity to shoot with Trev I would definitely take it.

Trev advertised a casting call for someone to model a cosplay character. I responded because the outfit, which he makes himself, looked so cool. We chatted for quite a while about what we needed to do and finding a suitable date, communication was always clear and polite. The day comprised of a few togs and models and a very cool derelict house location. It was fantastic fun, everyone was absolutely lovely. The shoot was very respectful and creative. I absolutely loved the final shots. I am looking forward to working with Trev again and would highly recommend. Something so different and creative.

I had my very first wonderful shoot with the lovely Trev today at a stunning abandoned house in Devon. Trev's pre communications were excellent and his talent in making chainmail outfits is stunning!

This comes as a part 1 of 2 references. I shot with Trev as both a model and as a photographer. This is my view as a photographer

Being a photographer shooting along side him with other models at Seafield House was amazing. His approach, friendly and brilliant outlook and precision to photography is what anyone needs which starting photography. All of his advice about ISO, Shutter Speeds, Apertures and introducing me to a new lens to experiment with paid off massively.

I cannot thank him enough for his direction and I recommend him to anyone. Top man.

Part 2 of 2 of the references. This time from me as a model and my perspective. Same shoot at Seafield House on the same day.

I had been for over a year wanting to shoot a 90's casuals theme and thankfully Trev was there and with him and his background of cosplay styled photoshoots really paid off to infiltrate that into this theme. He really knew what he was doing and he got it all perfect from start to finish. Just super talented and really easy to get on with and he can make you feel at home with whatever you choose to do.

Having worked with him on both sides of the lens, Im spoilt for choice because either way im very very happy to shoot with him and again I emphasise that I recommend him.

After two years I got to work with Trev again! Communications were great and the designs he did for the shoot were absolutely stunning! He was adaptable as we were able to figure out an alternative plan to counter the rainy weather we initially had! His communication was spot on and he knew about the images he wanted to capture! He also helped me get up and down from heights in the costume and adjusted it as and when appropriate! A real team player during the shoot!

I responded to a casting call posted by Trev, and it was probably the best thing I have done since joining Purpleport!

Trev arrived with an incredible warrior costume he had handmade, along with a beautiful ball gown and a bikini he wanted us to shoot in. The shoot was great fun, Trev is not only a fantastic photographer but he is friendly and funny too.

The images produced are amazing, and we have already started planning future shoots! I am very excited to work with Trev again, and would encourage anybody who is given the chance to jump at the opportunity of working with this guy!

Finally got to work with Trev, I had been wanting to work together since I first started modelling. What an absolutely lovely guy, who has such talent for creating awesome costumes, he also a knows exactly what he wants and his direction is bang on!!! Had one of my most relaxed shoots to date and also fun. I really can't wait to work together again. We got some amazing images. Great sense of humour, I felt totally at ease from the minute we met.I would highly recommend collaborating with Trev!!!
