My name is Alan Colegrave ARPS and I am both a still and video photographer. The skills, I feel are similar but still very different. Video and Film production is my work. Most of my TV work is documentary. Over the last 18 months, I have co-produced and shot seven TV documentaries. I also film, write and direct drama productions. As I write this we are planning to shoot a feature film in about 4 months Covid 19 permitting.
Most of my still photography is for fun albeit that I have worked on several commercial projects. My work is video production so if I am asked to work on something, I expect to charge. However, if the project is very interesting or say for charity I may be happy to work for free.
