Michael approached me via Purpleport for permission to use one of my images (very dear to my heart) as a basis for his artwork.

After Michael gained permission from the photographer (Finegan) we had some initial discussions about the original image and its meanings to me personally.

Michael kept me fully appraised showing me sketches and progress throughout.

My only stipulation was that he 'do it justice'.

Well!..He absolutely and totally has!

I am as in love with the finished article as I am with the original image!

Fantastic piece of Artwork and a highly recommended Artist!.

I worked with Mike and the photographer "It's all about the light" (John) at the lovely Fareham Studios during my travels recently and had an absolute blast!

It was our first time working together as a small group so I am always a little nervous, but from the offset the shoot was full of laughter and banter, with great conversation and tons of creativity!

Mike is a very mischievous, FUN character. You instantly feel like you have met before!

Mike and John make sure a great partnership together with Mike directing the poses and drawing/painting from the photographs taken by John.

There was never a dull moment, I was thoroughly entertained and kept on my toes! I absolutely loved the art work that I was given by Mike on the day which was beautiful!! I'm looking forward to getting a frame for this.

Mike also gave great direction and I really loved the costume changes and props they both bought to the shoot.

I would absolutely love to work with Mike again and can highly recommend to all models and creatives. Thank You for such a fun, creative shoot! Helen x

I had a great shoot with Mike and his colleague John(Its All About the Light). Mike is very passionate and creative about his art. I loved the ideas he was spinning off throughout his shoot. I think his art work is amazing and I look forward to seeing the finished masterpieces.

I would love to work with Mike and John again. I would 100% recommend Mike and John they are both amazing to work with. I cannot wait to work with them again.

I had a great shoot with Mike(Beardmore) yesterday with Its all about the light(John)as a photographer and David51 as a model.

Mike's behaviour throughout the shoot was very professional, patient, supportive and he was very creative with plenty of unique ideas just like the atmosphere you can see from his gorgeous paintings!

Mike is very friendly and fun to work with and I really enjoyed the shoot with him.

Highly recommended and looking forward to working with him again.

Had a great shot with Aya and John which Mike joined to paint some pictures from. Mike arrived with loads of ideas which continually developed during the shoot. Very easy to work with and take direction from, with a great sense of humour. Really looking forward to the results. Highly recommended!!

Wow Wow what a fantastic shoot today.

First one in ages and in Fareham Studio, highly recommended.

John pre communication for the shot were fantastic, we had all the ideas set out to what we wanted to do with props (I love props) costumes (I love costumes) brilliant photographer.

Mike (Beardmore) was there as casting I put out was to be painted nude.. so John took pictures for Mike to paint me in oil. Plus his guitar playing was incredible and relaxed the mood.

What a creative pair they both are. We shot from pin up, vintage lingerie, nude, outfits, guitars aswell. I loved it and would recommend both Mike and John.. thank you so so much ...P.S Colin says you were a great laugh too 😬Xx

Had such a fun shoot with Mike on Saturday. He is very creative, passionate and knows what he is looking for yet so laid back and easy to work with at the same time. We communicated for a long time before finally finding time to work together and it was worth it for such a nice morning.

Would recommend Mike to anybody, especially if you are looking for something a little different to normal fashion work.

Had a collaborative shoot with Mike, another model and photographer.

Mike already knew what shots he wanted taking, so as to be able to use the images to work from.

the shoot went very well, was relaxed and fun for all parties and all were easy to get along with and work with. Mike is easy going, relaxed with good sense of humour and would like to work with him again some time.

Can wait to see the finished result.

After lots of messages and in depth communication with beardmore we managed to get a shoot together with John and another female model yesterday. He was very clear about what he wanted to achieve and we had a great couple of hours shooting. Mike is a great guy with a quick wit and very down to earth which makes life easier when doing a group shoot.....very much looking forward to the end result and would recommended working with him anytime.

I had my first shoot with Mike and it was brilliant. We shot at my home and in the pit. Mike knew what he wanted, he brought loads of outfits and cool props to play with. He has a wicked sense of humor and is a true gent, which made for a really fun shoot and time just flew!

Been looking to do a shoot with Michael for a while now.

Finally we managed to get a date when we were all free and I'm so glad we did.

Michael was a clear at communicating so before the shoot we all knew what was happening, where, what time. Even when things changed a bit, Michael was always responsive so we could adapt accordingly.

Michael drove down to the station to come and pick me up as well as driving to pickup deans from the station a little while later.

Very complimentary I don't think I have received so many compliments from a guy in such a short space of time.

Unique shoot as in Michael will be turning pictures into artwork. During the shoot Michael have good directions so help us so he can turn the pictures into artwork at a later date.

All and all, well happy and would easily work with michael again.

Im very pleased with the shoot I did with Michael today. He came all the way to a London Studio to work with me and John *All about the lighting. He had great communication skills giving direction, was easy going, polite, thoughtful, considerate and always respectful of my own ideas. He had amazing outfits and props, kept giving me positive feedback throughout and has a wicked sense of humour. I had a lot of fun & time flew away! Plus he managed to put up with my divarish attitude bless him! I highly recommend him to other models. I can't wait to see the photos/ drawings/ painting. A true artist in every sense of the word and a lovely person as well. Thanks a million, I m very grateful x

Well, as everybody can see in his gallery, he's an artist! It has been a pleasure working with him and John (Its all about the light). They made the shoot really funny and made us feel comfortable, and new ideas were flowing from his head all the time. We tried several topics with big dose of humour and professionalism. Have worked with Mike on shoots for a couple of years now and continue to do so, always full of idea's and a great sense of humour, His artwork is wonderful I'm always amazed at how it turns out from the image's I take. highly recommended.
