I’ve shot twice now with Malc and Barb and they are just the loveliest people. Their studio is because, their attention to detail is second to none and they are insanely welcoming and professional. Both incredibly talented photographers with the ability to turn an idea into a reality that always exceeds expectations. I can’t recommend them enough and hope to shoot with them again very soon.

Barb is such a lovely lady very kind she made me feel at ease straight away, as I'm fairly new to modelling , I had the pleasure of barb showing me their lovely collection of clothes and props and wow what a fabulous collection they have, both are very professional.

Their studio is beautiful lots of different themed rooms

I really enjoyed my shoot and learnt alot

Had a great shoot today with malc and Barb at there new studio, and wow what an amazing place it is, so many sets this place is amazing great ideas.

I would 100% recommend these two outstanding photographers to all and don't forget there outstanding studio if your looking for some where different to shoot from this is definitely the place to go.

I had such a fabulous shoot with Barb, and her husband Malc, on Saturday at their beautiful studio in Market Drayton.

Barb and Malc booked me for a full day and the eight hours just flew by. It was such a wonderfully creative atmosphere and we shot so many beautiful looks together; both those planned in Pre-comms and also a few spur of the moment.

Barb is wonderful company and altogether a welcoming, bubbly person with a beautiful kind soul. The comfort of her models is top priority and I was made to feel very well taken care of throughout the shoot: I particularly appreciated the many offers of cups of tea/coffee and cake. I also think we’ll never run out of things to chat and have a giggle about… It’s so lovely to find people you instantly feel comfortable with ❤️

Barb’s images are beautiful and I love those I’ve seen so far. It really was a wonderfully productive day!

I had a really lovely Saturday and I can’t wait to do it all over again soon. I’d highly recommend Barb to other models, without hesitation. Thanks so much Barb! 😊

I met Barb a few years ago at Dorothy Clive Gardens when it was hired for a location group shoot, but I hadn’t had the chance to work with her myself. I remember feeling so comfortable and at ease in her company so I jumped at the chance to shoot with her and her husband, Malc, when they asked me to.

I was visiting their studio, the amazing Catchlight Pics Studio, with another photographer so Barb and Malc asked if I’d stay a couple of hours afterwards to shoot some looks with them. They were kind enough to drop me back home afterwards.

Barb is wonderful company just as I remembered, and the time spent with her just flew by. She’s very creative, with an amazing eye for detail and a head full of imaginative ideas. We shot so much in the short time we had together with burlesque outfits, 1920’s and a bellydance set with colourful fans.

Barb’s images are beautiful and I loved the back of cam images she shared with me.

All in all the day was super creative, fun and comfortable. What more could you want!?

I’d recommend Barb to other models without hesitation and I look forward to working with her again soon. Thanks so much Barb! 😊

I had a wonderful shoot with Barb and Malc at their amazing studio. Barb was so welcoming and made me feel comfortable and at ease right away. I stayed at her and Malc’s place and I had such a lovely time getting to know them both.

Barb was fantastic to work with, she has a great eye for detail and her ideas are unique. We worked together on ideas and the shoot absolutely flew by!

A talented photographer with a wonderful personality and great sense of humour, it’s impossible not to have tonnes of fun shooting with Barb!

I hope we can work together again soon. Goes without saying, very highly recommended.

Another fantastic shoot with Barb and Malc at there wonderful studio!

Full of fantastic ideas - we shot a style I had never done before it was amazing! Barb and Malc are very professional and create a relax and comfortable atmosphere to shoot in. Both so easy to work and to get along with.

I would obviously 100% recommend them.

Barb is so lovely! I've met her twice now.. once at my old place in Gloucestershire when she and her husband Malc booked me for a full day, and again this time last year when I worked at their gorgeous studio in Market Drayton.

Always happy to help out in any way, make sure I have enough time to rest & eat on long days.. I love our chats; she really is the nicest person and her images of me are lovely.. even a few FPIs!

WOW!!! what can I say yet again another fantastic shoot working with both Malc and Barb at there studio.

They always have great ideas and the shoot is always professional, they have some many amazing clothing, equipment and props to use and work with.

Malc and Barb are both outstanding photographers both very professional and down to earth easy to talk to and work with, they make you feel very at home.

i would 100% recommend them to all models.

There studio is an amazing place to shoot from with so many different things to shoot with and great set up.

I fully enjoyed the shoot today and definitely would work with malc and Barb again. 100% recommend to all models.

September 2021: the start of an extremely nuts time for me (probably the craziest time since the pandemic started with my work!) I had my head buried in a mass of responsibilities to set up and host two huge photography events when the go-ahead was so thoughtfully announced last minute (story of a travelling models life since the chaos started!) Alas - this wonderful couple reached out to me expressing their interest in working together, and with the great vibes I got from even just those first messages... It was too good to miss!

Their feedback from other models really says it all, they are clearly loved throughout the industry and have a great reputation among models across the board. 😀 On top of that; they get fully stuck-in to the creative process of doing a shoot, and leave no stone unturned! You can tell when a photographer is that next-level of passionate and genuinely interested in pulling the best opportunities from a shoot that they can: the adaptive nature and willingness to evolve to different locations, having their own fabulous selection of garments that they bring for the models to use when the environment is calling for it, working graciously around spectators in funny and rare encounters that want to be documented in some kind of book for the industry! 😂 Seriously - Barb and Malc come very well equipped for a stupendous shoot both in physical resources, and their attitude. 5 stars is all I have to say! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Barb was ingenious with her use of props and outfits - not to mention having a rummage around at the location whilst Malc and I may have been shooting and finding nooks and crannies that worked wonders! She uncovered a killer spot at the old derelict mill that I had never even noticed before - probably been shooting there for the best part of 7 years! This is the nice thing about working with fresh eyes for the first time though - no shoot/individual photographer is the same and the imagination always takes you to new places on every shoot. 😊 Even Barb and Malc have their own independent interests as photographers (despite the fact that they do shoots together) and it really shines! Barb took to the challenges of shooting on locations unfamiliar to these guys like a fish to water - from the technical aspects of managing the light (if you've ever been to Yorkshire, we're like Scotland! 4 seasons in one day sometimes - same variation with the light! 😝) She nailed it though! Composition too! On top of that - there was a great teamwork rapport going on where I was welcomed to give my input/suggestions... The whole shoot had a harmonious *working-togetherness* about it! 🙌

Highly recommended? YOU BET! 💁‍♀️ Barb is a real sweetheart, both her and Malc are so funny/high-spirited together - yet absolutely lovely at the same time. We nattered constantly as we were driving between places; the vibe was probably more like hanging out with friends to be honest! Barb was also on the job with making sure we had nibbles/water and so forth for a break for lunch. 😛 Yes - the professional approach from these guys is in top form. They care about how the models feel on their shoots, and as a result: want to do everything in their power to ensure everyone is feeling grand from start to finish.

Had a wonderful shoot with the incredible Barb and Malc. From the moment I arrived the atmosphere was friendly and comfortable, the conversation flowed so naturally.

They had a number of gorgeous outfits, accessories, and props we could use. Time flew by. They are professional and make the model feel comfortable throughout, not to mention provided Jaffa Cakes and cups of tea!

We shot in Catchlight Pics Studio (their little studio), a building so full of character, that has plenty to offer. Not to mention, the surrounding locations are absolutely stunning.

They ensured I had enough time to warm up and really let me have free reign over posing and sets.

It was such a delight to shoot with Barb and Malc again!

We shot over three days this time, constantly coming up with new ideas and areas to shoot. It was such a fun and creative shoot and, as ever, they're such a lovely pair to spend time with and are so passionate about creating fabulous images.

I love how well they work together and collaborate. I can't wait to work with both of them again!

Had a wonderful couple of half-day shoots with Malc and Barb!

They're absolutely lovely people to spend time with and to chat to, and I was made to feel very comfortable the whole time. They work super well as a team and are very enjoyable people to work with. Although the weather wasn't entirely on our side, we were able to get some awesome shots in the autumnal Lake District landscape - they both have a great eye for photography!

I'd definitely recommend working with Malc and Barb, and I can't wait to shoot with them again in the future.

I had the pleasure of working with Barb and Malc a few weeks back and I’m sure it won’t be the last! Barb made me feel very welcome and had lots of great ideas! Her and Malc make a great team and their sense of humour made the shoot fly by! Barb was very good with direction when needed, a pleasure to work with and was a helping hand with clothing adjustments should I have needed it. The shots she got were stunning and her ideas just flowed! I loved working with her and can’t wait to work with her again.

I had a half day shoot with Barb and Malc last week during my tour!

Barb and Malc have a lovely studio location and I really enjoyed the morning.

Before my arrival I knew the plan of the shoot- there were inspiration images and props to work with. Barb and Malc were both very open to hear my ideas on angles and lighting- which was great. I suggested a single softbox above and we got some really cool and moody shots to show off the texture of the walls around me.

I hope to work with them both again, thank you for booking me! :)
