Hi! Thanks for checking out my page! I’m Ben, a keen part-time photographer from just outside of London to the west in Burnham, Bucks and have a real passion for capturing portraits.

I’m largely self taught and have only been doing portraiture since the summer of 2019. I feel like I have learned a lot through the shoots I’ve done so far though and working with other photographers on group shoots has had a big hand in that. Bouncing ideas around with other creative minds both togs and models has helped me to develop my technique and slowly start to carve out my own style.

I do have a full time job that I need to plan around for shoots, but this is relatively easy for me to do with enough notice. Evenings and weekends are usually free and I do love an evening shoot in the spring/summer when the light stays with us that bit longer than in the winter! I’ve done a couple of studio shoots and home-studio type of shoots as well so am comfortable with whatever works best for the type of shots we’re looking to get!
