I worked with John for the first time today at a retro themed photography workshop at Liverpool's Punch Tarmey's bar where we worked together throughout the day alongside a handful of other photographers and models.

John was the first photographer I saw on the day and he was very friendly from the first second to the last and he was very complimentary throughout.

His warm personality and easy going attitude made our time together flow effortlessly but I was most impressed by his attention to detail when setting up our shots to replicate the traditional scenes in the best of ways.

John is definitely someone who I would happily recommend working with and I hope to do so again in the future.

I've had the pleasure to work with John twice last weekend, at my group shoot event at Theme Studios and then at The Peaky Blinder's 1930s event the next day. John is a fantastic photographer with a great eye for detail, he's also a lovely person and a good laugh. Every time I've seen him he's been in high spirits, smile on his face and ready to get those awesome shots. It was an absolute pleasure to meet and work with John for the first time earlier this week.

John responded to a casting call I posted, and booked me for four hours at Daniel’s Mill in Bridgnorth, along with another photographer friend.

I arrived at the shoot to smiling faces and warm conversation and, I must say, we clicked right away. What followed was four wonderful hours spent in the nicest company. It was freezing cold (-3 to be exact) but the hours honestly flew by!

John is a fabulous photographer, and his expertise when it comes to lighting and composition were evident throughout the shoot. I love the image Johnny’s since posted on social media, it’s an instant classic!

I’d recommend John to other models without hesitation and I look forward to working with him again! Thanks so much John 😊

Had absolute joy working with John in the Tuesday club event organized by Chris.

John makes me dance - or in other words - his presence in the room lifts everyone's cheeky smiles - he is so natural at filling the room with positive vibes and was patient to wait, cause the other model did not show up, but John works so quickly - we really did work out all the outfits I brought with me.

On the set - always respectful, does not mind jumping in experiments, and will see what you are trying to achieve in milliseconds - and the results speak for themselves. I adore his post-processing as well as working on the set.

Highest recommendation possible to all - beginners and professionals in the business.

Johnty is a professional photographer, we had the extremely cold task of shooting in what used to be stables on the ground of a truly beautiful castle. Although I had to use every inch of my body to stop the shiver, we managed to get some really nice images. After the shoot, it was nice to get to know Johnty on personal level as well. Would recommend shooting with him.

John stuck his toe in then jumped in with his eyes closed onto my Castle event which was our second event together.

I'm glad he had confidence to because he is real quality.

Arrived on time after a demanding trip on the ice bound roads straight into the fire of working with six models on a location shoot.

I had the privilege of meeting and working with John for the first time at “The Tuesday Club” organised by Chris Barral at The One Studio.

We discussed ideas for the shoot and chose the clothing that the models could wear and the backdrops to suit.

It was obvious from the start that John is an experienced photographer and from the images I saw on his camera he has a great eye for detail and composition.

This was my first time ever shooting with John. we quickly realized, we have loads of people in common, and could not wrap our heads around how we never met before.

John is an absolute gentleman, dives in with your ideas, directions are given when and if needed, super easy to work with, you can feel his enthusiasm through the lens, and that helps you not to burn out on the set.

We did not have prior communication before the shoot - but upon arrival after showing outfits and general ideas - he would compliment your ideas with a pinch of his own as well. Pictures of the camera - my expressions were - ''oooh!!!'' and ''aaahhh'' and 'aww'' and 'that's' a winner''.

Truly amazed by his skills in controlling light, and getting the best out of you.

Highest recommendation possible and very much looking forward to the next time shooting with John. If you do have a chance - do not miss it. His work and talent will be most certainly a treat to your portfolio.
