I had always hoped that one day Angel would get to meet Helen Diaz. What better way was there to kill two birds with one stone, than to arrange a duo shoot with them?

I am also glad that I could share the shoot, which Helen kindly hosted, with the brilliant J Black.

It was so wonderful to work with Angel again. As well as an outstanding solo artist, she works exceptionally well as part of a duo. It truly warmed my heart to see both she and Helen working so brilliantly together and enjoying themselves so much both on and off set.

Angel and I made full use of Helen's beautiful and spacious home as we shot a number of scenes comprising of art nude, lingerie and vintage fashion.

I worked with the beautiful Angel at my home recently alongside her partner "J Black" and fellow photographer "Ramees Farooqi" who is a friend of mine and had very kindly introduced us all! :)

It was our first time working together as a group so I was a little nervous but needn't have been as from the start we had fantastic banter and conversation as a group, like old friends!

Angel is absolutely beautiful; tall & slender with perfect skin and really engaging eyes. She was so professional, kind and a truly fascinating person to talk to. Communication was first class, Angel was so respectful and her chaperone J Black (John) is kind, very encouraging and very supportive.

We found out that we had much in common and it was so refreshing to meet a similar model/photography couple to myself and my partner. I would absolutely LOVE to work together again. I came away from the shoot with beautiful images and also new friendship which is the best!

I have only known Angel for a little under a year and a half, yet this has turned out to be our seventh shoot together.

Despite her popularity which is growing at a phenomenal rate, Angel isn't just another one who merely poses for the camera, and then takes the money and runs. As a matter of fact she demonstrates an incredible range of dynamics and pours herself into character as she did on this most recent shoot.

One minute she was a cosy breakfast television presenter and Family Circle cover star, the next she was a siren from an old Hammer horror film. She was also as convincing as an Irish Witch as she was in a black lingerie scene.

It truly melted my heart when I later discovered that both she and J Black, who upholds and duly respects his position as chaperone, tidied up my shooting space for me without even being asked.

Thank you so much for such an amazing day. See you in Chippenham.

What can I say about Angel while trying to be unbiased..

I knew from her very first shoot that she would grow and succeed as a model.

I cant explain enough how someone can get into character when looking at them through a lens, she will always give you what you are looking for whether by direction or usually the case, she just knows !

Body shape, skin and her overall persona will always guarantee you the shots you were looking for and more importantly the shots you would not of expected.

When you finish a shoot with her, only then you will realise what I mean.

This is a reference for her after our Easter day shoot.

To give you an idea how easy it is to work with her, these shots were spontaneous, unplanned and completed in 2 hours!

Meeting Angel today was fantastic!

We did a short duo shoot at her house, which was so much fun whilst achieving the results we wanted.

Angel is a naturally stunning young lady who freely poses with ease and confidence.

I love how our styles are very similar and our personalities match up!

When I was shooting with John, she was excellent in helping out behind the scenes and making the day run smoothly!

A very lovely, friendly girl who is easy to get along with!

Will hope to get another duo shoot with Angel again soon!

This was my first shoot with Angel, her pre-shoot coms were great and she arrived on time with her partner John (I don’t have any issue at chaperones but if anyone reading this is unsure, John is a great guy and I could have probably spent the entire morning chatting to him about camera gear).

Angel is a warm, friendly person who is very good at posing and happy to take direction, she also has a good eye for detail and is a pleasure to work with. We had a very enjoyable morning working together and I am really pleased with the images we achieved.

I would certainly recommend Angel to anyone. Thank you for a great morning, I look forward to working with you again soon!

Studio 8

Angel visited the studio yesterday for a shoot with a photographer that had hired the studio. It's always great to meet truly professional models and ts obvious that Angel is a true professional in both attitude and looks. I can't wait to see the finished images.

Both angel and John were a pleasure to have here. I could have actually chatted all day with them both. Great friendly people that I look forward to seeing again soon.

My 4th shoot with Angel, this time at Studio 8, Salisbury. Angel is a super person to work with, friendly, warm, chatty as well as being a very capable and accomplished art-nude model. We shot solely in high-key making full use of the studios white infinity cove. Angel needs very little direction and almost telepathically knows what your next pose is. Needless to say Angel is very highly recommended.

An Eye for Beauty

I have just had my second shoot with the lovely Angel. I was so impressed with the first in January at her home that I confidently booked another in the impressive country house hotel I use quite a lot. Angel's pre-comms are very good and she turned up on time and excited to be off. I had asked her whether she would do an Alice-in-Wonderland sequence because she is young enough to look the part! It was a good decision because she wore the costume I had hired with panache. Not only that, we did the White Rabbit for good measure, and shot some combos which if they work will be amazing. The rest of the time was using some pretty garments to make her look good - not difficult! I thoroughly enjoy working with Angel, and was delighted again to have John in the background. Definitely more ideas floating around so I hope Angel and I will be meeting up again in the summer.

A flawless first shoot with Angel!

Pre-shoot comms were excellent. She bought all the clothing items I'd requested, and she was full of energy, style and good humour from the first moment of the shoot to the last.

In front of the camera Angel is a delight, whether free-posing or listening carefully to direction. She is both serious about what she does, and also playful! She works hard to get the shot, and few can change so quickly between sets :-). We reviewed the pictures on the back of the camera and I can safely say that we were both delighted with what we got. In short, a perfect shoot.

Have no reservations about shooting with Angel. She has a maturity that belies her years, and she brings the perfect chaperone: John is lovely - there to help when needed, but otherwise invisible.

Highly recommended!

First let me say I have been wanting to work with angel Black for such a long time now but the chaperone thing put me off a bit until I messaged a friend who had shoot with her and told me you won’t see or hear him and trust me this is so true until he moved some furniture around for me so I could carry on shooting angel and saved me a loads of time. John is such a nice guy.

Anyway back to Angel.

You could book Angel just on her looks alone she is such a stunning young lady her skin is just perfect and such an amazing figure but lucky for us photographers Angel overflows with talent she is just a dream to work with super friendly very professional and works so hard for you.

Angel really is the full package and can’t wait to work with her in June.

What can I say about Angel. I have waited with anticipation to get the opportunity to shoot with her. Always been difficult being opposite ends of the UK. But a small opportunity came up and I had to take it. And boy was it worth it. She is one of the most natural, creative and friendly models I've had the pleasure of meeting and working with and I will most definitely be shooting with her again. Thank you for an amazing shoot.

Had a lovely first shoot with Angel yesterday, she is a warm and intelligent young lady and a pleasure to work with.

She broke first comms greatly with cute little bloopers we had while shooting.

She is a bubbly person and kept me laughing between the shoot. She is mature in mind has a lot of energy and is thoughtful of her character behind the camera.

We shot in a beautiful location in Coventry at Coombe Abbey which is rich in graceful architecture and luxurious rooms. I really enjoyed working with Angel she is a great model and has a unique look and can put herself in character effortlessly with style.

We shot a variety of themes making use of the En suite bathroom staircase, chaises longue and fourposter bed in the Elizabethan room.

Angel has a large varied wardrobe of lingerie so we were not limited to match our looks in some sets.

I am looking forward to the themed bunny shoot for Easter as it was very classy elegant and cute that we both matched for the set :)

It was a great experience and would like to shoot on other locations with Angel in the future.

You should definitely make the time to shoot with Angel she will add something special to your portfolio, you will find it a rewarding experience and something to remember for a long time for shes not just a great model, but a lovely woman to get to know also :)

Shooting with Angel yesterday was one of my most enjoyable experiences in modeling! She is such a fun and easygoing girl, and an extremely talented model.

Throughout the shoot she maintained great conversation and was very funny. She also offered me good advice as a model; I admire her vast experience in modeling and dedication to it.

Working with her was fun and easy, we were very in synch and posed well together, she also made it a relaxing environment to shoot in and I would definitely love to work with her again.

Angel's tour in Coventry and working from a location i have always wanted to shoot.

Angel is a wonderful model, friendly, funny, serious when the camera is pointing at her. Looks stunning, hair and makeup at a high standard, poses effortlessly, needed little direction.

Worked with me to get the image, plenty of outfits to pick from.

John her chaperone was there throughout the shoot in the background, helped with setup and moving of items.

Tea/coffee offered.

highly relaxed and fun shoot.

Take in the Alps

Well, that was a special experience. One that exceeded my high expectations.

Angel joined pp around the same time as me (as JimVersion the painter before I became Take in the Alps, the photographer) and I was aware of her work from the beginning. Why did I wait so long to work with her?! ... crazy man that I am. Driving home, all I could think of was when could I shoot with her again.

On arrival I was met with so much warmth and friendliness that I felt completely at ease. Angel and her partner/chaperone J Black are astonishingly welcoming hosts. We immediately fell into the kind of conversations that you want to carry on all day.

But the great thing was that after a short while I could see that Angel really wanted to start shooting. As I laid out the clothes and jewellery I had brought we were already making selections and planning our work ahead. Her enthusiasm was contagious and I began to realise that she has a highly tuned and yet completely intuitive aesthetic sense. So not only was I working with a very beautiful and skilled model, but also someone who could really contribute to the details of styling, of creating a mood and of working with ideas, emotions, the senses, and outward expressions of internal states. What a treat for me!

As we began to relax into the work, easily setting up the shot together, I became aware of her being able to clearly articulate not just the physical positions, gestures and expressions we were exploring, but also the ideas that accompanied them. Her grasp of ideas was both intuitive and ground in a deep love of learning; of exploration and discovery. Each shot I took seemed to be encased in a profound sense of what it is to be human; what it is to be fully alive; what it is to feel free. We chatted as we worked, sometimes falling into silence because we'd really begun to connect as a team. The conversations led to myriad changes in mood and expression ... the stories we were telling each other were finding a parallel in the images we were making. It was almost shockingly easy to work like this. At one stage we latched onto the idea of Angel's twin or doppelgänger. There she was reflected in the glass of a bedroom window. I could see her but Angel couldn't until she looked at the back of my camera. Sometimes the twin appeared to be looking at both of us, telling stories through expressions that were shaping our shared emotional journey. But of course the twin seemed particularly bent on revealing another dimension of Angel's personality. The twin gazed at her as from a place of spirit. And the gaze was an expression of profound love, like a mother has for a child. This effect was heightened by Angel's willingness to engage with her reflected self even though she couldn't see herself from where she was positioned. Only I could. So my directions became more like descriptions of a story that was unfolding; a story that is as old as time itself. We worked with this story for a while because we were being guided by it and it almost felt boundless and somehow divine. All Angel's abilities came to the fore during this encounter with what I can only describe as her spiritual twin. If pointed to what was to come.

As I passed her various bits of attire: a 1930s peach Paige Noir; some sheer tops; a shoulder length fur; some brightly coloured flowers, I could immediately see how sensitive Angel is to the qualities of something. Texture, shape and colour become entities that she loves playing with her. They trigger her senses, sparking her emotionally. We went through any number of mood changes due to this kind of sensory stimulation. I realise that working with Angel has taught me so much about my working process. I feel like I would like to make a book or a film with her about this way of working. That's how inspired I felt. Maybe I should do that. Why wait!? I waited too long to work with her as it is. Sometimes I just meet people in this line of work that completely fulfil me as an artist. I'm not just making pictures ... I'm really discovering things about myself and the world. Today, Angel made that possible. And the thing is: she is utterly delightful ... a joy to be with ... and despite that for fun she sometimes plays at being someone who thinks they're the best model in the world (the game she sometimes plays really made me laugh) ... she is incredibly humble ... completely grounded in reality. So do I recommend her?: I think that I would like to work with her again and again. And again. Oh and make that book with her ... make that film! Thank you Angel. As the song goes: unforgettable ... that's what you are.

It's always a pleasure to work with both of them - such a relaxed atmosphere and easy flow to the shoot.

We worked through several sets utilising different rooms of their house and got some great images. Highly recommended and can't wait to shoot again! 🙂
