Hi there
I'm Amerz, a HMUA and model based outside Glasgow. My expertise ranges from bridal to fashion, creative and fantasy to horror. I am fully qualified and insured, keeping us all safe. I am part of the 'Girl Meets Brush Academy' headed by celebrity MUA Lynne Mills and have studied at City of Glasgow College, Plouise Manchester and completed a Bridal Hair & Makeup course with Salon Services. In July 2020 I was delighted to be accepted into the Beauty Guild as a Beauty and Holistic Therapist.
In February and September 2022, I was a Hair & Makeup Artist at the House of iKons London Fashion Week show, as part of the Girl Meets Brush Backstage Team. In February 2023, I was delighted to be Senior HMUA at House of iKons with the Girl Meets Brush Backstage Team. As part of these experiences, my work has been published in ELLE, Tatler, Harpers Bazzar and London Runway Magazine to name a few.
I do my own makeup for shoots unless it's arranged otherwise. I'm happy to work on any style or genre and my rates are very reasonable. I have a range of costumes, props and headpieces which can be used for your shoot. I do work TFP, project depending, feel free to get in touch with your idea and we can have a chat.
Shoots should be fun, I'm easy going, fun, but for sure I love to paint people :D I enjoy fashion and bridal makeup but give me a creative brief and I am in my element. I make my own edible blood, which comes in handy on some shoots! I am starting out in my body paint adventures and have created a couple of looks but always looking for new projects.
