What a pleasure it was to shoot with Emma! I’ve met Emma at a previous event and knew I wanted to shoot with her but didn’t get a chance. I had an opportunity to shoot with her this weekend and I made sure I did and I’m so so glad. Emma is a fantastic photographer. She knows what looks good and gives good direction. Well, what an absolute session we had! Taking turns to shoot each other at Fareham, Emma was a joy to work with.

Absolutely knows the world in front AND behind the lens, so that is a rare skill and a very valuable one when it comes to shooting both softer and empowered looks, as well as knowing how to capture the very best of the subject using the light and space to hand.

Also we had the chance to make use of a new lighting set up she wanted to use in future events so the opportunity was seized and wow, did we create!

I would absolutely wholeheartedly recommend either side of the lens: knowledge, skill, fun, an actual creative converstation and killer playlist and the time flew by.

Really made my week working together. Thankyou 😊

I shot with Alis Volat back in July, I took a back seat and had my first modeling shoot as I'm normally a tog! I had a fantastic time and felt so comfortable with her. Modeling isn't my strong suit, so she gently guided me with what poses work and what doesn't. She produced incredible pictures and I really love them!

I have also had the opportunity to work alongside her on a shoot with another model. She was communicative, professional and so lovely to both me and the model. We all had a great time with great content produced from it.

I highly recommend her to anyone! She is a fantastic photographer, very talented, and also sports a lovely personality. 10/10 would definitely work with her again!

Had my first shoot with the lovely and beautiful and talented alis! And what an amazing shoot it was we did the shoot at Fareham studios which is one of my favourite studios to work in!

Rogue is very professional and so easy to work with we both had the same ideas of what we wanted out of the shoot! And also did some experiments too which worked out better than planned! From the shots of saw back of camera were already beautiful 😍

I 1000% recommend alis and will definitely shoot with again and also model with too!

Honestly this lady was awesome to shoot with, the shoot was totally laid back we both made sure we got all the shots we wanted, Alis gave me freedom to pose however I wanted to whilst also helping out and guiding me when necessary to get the best out of our shots. She's so easy to get on with, very respectful and comfortable to work with and such a lovely person.

She also knows exactly what she's doing, she has amazing knowledge when it comes to photography, lighting and retouch but also with poses too.

Highly recommended I 100% want to shoot with her again.

Alis Volat photography is also a model if you read their bio. And due to that they have an extra good eye on knowing how to create a great shot.

As well as being able to direct you, however allows you to demonstrate your own poses and style.

Alis volat came up with some creative ideas, and allowed me to be a part of it which was a real pleasure and honour.

I felt very relaxed and comfortable which allowed me to ask if I came up with any ideas I wanted to attempt during the shoot.

Seriously though, Alis is wonderful. She's very creative, very passionate about her photography and getting 'the picture' and her excitement is contagious. We spent two days shooting outdoors and in her home, and I can't wait to return. The images in the back of the camera looked amazing and we were already brainstorming ideas and locations by the time I had to leave.

She and her partner took great care of me, made sure I was very well fed and supplied with coffee and that I was comfy throughout. Recommended 100% :)

I had the pleasure of modelling for Alis last week at her beautiful home in Wiltshire. We've been friends for a while so the whole shoot was really relaxed and fun, with Alis giving me little bits of direction and also allowing me to pose freely. I love what I saw on the back of the camera and can't wait to see the finished results! I'd absolutely recommend Alis without hesitation.

I had the pleasure of working with Alis Volat Photography last weekend.

Being a photographer by trade it was certainly a different experience being on the other of the camera. However, I was made to feel very comfortable and relaxed, having worked with Emma as a model.

She has a keen eye and know exactly the kind of look she’s after. Either using available natural light or continuous lighting to get the desired look. The images look great and I can’t wait to see the final edits.

Alis Volat Photography is highly recommend and you should definitely work with her if you have the opportunity, you won’t be disappointed.

Had a fab shoot with the lovely Alis yesterday in Bristol, and she was so pleasant and easy to chat to/work with that it just flew by! The communication beforehand was fab, and I really liked her professional but laid back approach when shooting (especially in the Bristol Centre on a busy saturday as it could get quite hectic/stressful lol). Loving the images I've seen so far, and really looking forward to seeing future work :) Definitely highly recommended!

I was so pleased when I found out Emma had moved locally and was eager to shoot, we organised a shoot really easily her Comms were clear and no beating around the bush!

we shot a mix of styles and two different makeup looks from soft lingerie to androgynous. It was great to catch up after so many years since we last met on a shoot together.

Can't wait to meet and shoot again!

I've worked on a number of shoots with Ms Volat over the past couple of years, shooting a wide variety of styles from street and reportage to social photography and model photography. For someone so young in her photographic career, she already has a very sharp skill set – it's always a pleasure to compare the backs of our cameras after a shoot, and see how she has put her own unique spin on an idea.

A true creative, she has made her own props for shoots and is also adept with makeup and styling. Of note, she has a real knack for working with newer and inexperienced models, and has a gift for putting them at ease and helping them pose and look their best. At the same time, she has worked with some of the big names on Purpleport and done them tremendous justice.

One of my favourite people to buddy up with on shoots, I'd highly advise models, photographers, designers, MUAs and all creatives to work with Alis!
