Although I would like to 'turn pro' sometime in the future, at the moment I shoot as a dedicated hobbyist and it's important to me that I enjoy the shoots that I do. Working with Alice yesterday was one of the most enjoyable shoots I have ever had!

She is a consummate professional and was happy to try all the 'mad ideas' that I had got from a recent portrait photography workshop. I have to say, the results were stunning - in no small part due to Alice's fantastic 'look'. I follow Alice on Instagram and had wanted to work with her for a while. I was not disappointed.

Good portrait photography is, I believe, about having a connection between the subject and the photographer. With Alice, achieving that connection was an absolute pleasure and I look forward to working with her again in the near future - perhaps somewhere warmer than Ruskington on a cold afternoon/evening in late April.

Oh my!

I hardly know where to begin... I shot today with Alice who is stunningly beautiful, and whose poise and grace at the vintage genre are superlative! (there are no other words)

She really helped me get some images that I’m just delighted with, she’s a lively conversationalist; kind and really funny. Today’s shoot felt more like a collaboration & conversation - the time flew by and I genuinely regretted that it had come to the end.

I really hope to shoot with Alice again, wholeheartedly recommended! :-)

This was my second shoot with Alice, the first was for one of my studio workshops and this one was a personal/portfolio shoot.

I can’t recommend Alice highly enough. Whether she was modelling for my group of photographers or working to my own brief, she delivered and then some.

Her makeup is excellent, she comes with a case load of clothes, and when she models she works her butt off!

Alice is professional, friendly and a lot of fun to be around, but most importantly she takes one hell of a photograph.

Just got back from a 60's themed location shoot with the wonderful Alice. Pre-comm's were on-point and Alice brought along a superb selection of clothing and accessories to fit the style perfectly. A very chilled out shoot but also highly productive in terms of both quantity and quality. I honestly could not be happier with how today has gone! Thank you once again Alice for your efforts..I cannot recommend you highly enough.

I shared a 4+ hour shoot today with Kevin of York Photo Studio and just had to write this reference as soon as I got back. I'd previously worked with Alice in a group shoot some months ago but it was fabulous today to work more closely with her and for longer.

We had seen her casting as she was touring around Leeds / Yorkshire and we set things up very quickly and I must say easily. First class pre shoot comms, swapped a mood board with inspo images and we shot around a "Sophia Loren" theme. Alice was perfect for this, very beautiful look, super outfits and just lovely to work with. We covered classy portraits, even classier lingerie in a cinematic style, and then finished with a "white towel" set. Alice was so easy to work with, very friendly and very keen to ensure we got the images and looks we after. Super productive and very enjoyable shoot. So easy to say "highly recommended". Thanks very much Alice, until the next time, best wishes Ian :-)

Myself and fellow photographer Ian Webb had a shoot with Alice at my Studio in York - having seen a casting to say she was visiting the area. Communications were excellent, quick and very clear - and it was obvious from the outset that Alice was going to put 100% into the shoot :)

We had shared a mood board prior to the shoot (Sophia Loren themed) and Alice came prepared with everything we needed for a great shoot. Over 4+ hours we shot 5 or 6 different sets, using both natural and studio lighting. Alice looked amazing and I love it when a model shows interest in what you are capturing - which she did throughout. I think we captured some great images based on the results on the back of the camera :)

I will definitely be shooting with Alice again, she has such an ease and elegance about her - very professional and such a lovely lady as well.

I had a very good shot with Alice. If you are looking for a pinup / retro looking model I highly recommend working with her. She brought a load of vintage lingerie for our shoot. Her make up looked very authentic and her looked great too. She takes direction well and also poses on her own too. Her communication was good and our shoot went by too quick. Thank you. :-)

We have booked this shoot some time ago and obviously this gave plenty of time to discuss all aspects from make up to individual sets.

Time flew by which is always a good sign. Alice adapts easily to the theme and like any good model offers input into the shot.

Alice is confident, professional and a nice person to talk too. Highly recommended.

I had the utmost pleasure working with Alice today; communication was constant the day we agreed the shoot; she arrived with a suitcase of wonderful dresses and lingerie.

We had a tea and chat to get to know each other and discus the shoot; she is a really pleasant young lady.

The shoot covered evening wear(great golden dress)through to Lingerie.

Alice gave the look of the forties film star annual; her make up etc was perfect, just great to work with and taking our time.

Really highly recommend Alice; she has the looks and the style; easy to shoot with and fun yet keeping professional at all times.

Had another terrific shoot with Alice at MAP studios in Loughborough. As always communications with Alice were smooth and detailed. I had the pleasure of an all-day shoot with Alice on Saturday. Well... When I say 'a pleasure', there are good shoots and there are good shoots, but this one was even better than that.

Where do I start? As you can see from Alice's pictures, she has a great look, style, individuality, true beauty, excellent skin (which makes editing ever so easy!) and a lovely curvy figure. But there's much, much more to Alice than that. She's experienced, highly creative, enthusiastic, hard-working, versatile, has a superb wardrobe and excellent styling and make-up skills, her communications are first-rate and she's totally professional in every respect.

Hang on. I haven't finished yet. As well as all that, Alice has a sparkling personality and a great sense of humour. She was a delight to work with, so the shoot was not only very productive but was also hugely enjoyable.

So, here’s what a photographer needs to know: Alice is passionate about her specialism; intelligent; thorough research done and dusted; fully attentive (no constant phone checking – not once!); straightforward – NOT a cynical wallet-hoover; good and reliable communications; well-rehearsed; tireless (at least during the shoot); well-practised and PUBLISHED in the genre; up for new ideas; totally co-operative & committed. All right – enough’s enough; here’s the gush: wonderful woman.

what an amazing model to work with Alice was stunning,she brought a case full of outfits,which we did not get chance to shoot with, make up done to a high standard hair done,comms great through out until day of shoot,Alice is great for experienced photographers as she is happy to take direction, or for new photographers she has pose after pose changing every shutter click.
