I studied photography at Pretoria Technikon in South Africa during the early 90's.
At the time my focus was on photojournalism, but during my studies I was exposed to everything from food photography to fashion and portraiture.

When I left photoschool I worked at a general practice studio before going freelance.

Prior to Covid I ran a portrait studio near Bury St Edmunds. I now can be found online with my YouTube channel - The Photographic Eye (190k subs) and That Portrait Photography Channel.
