I was invited to work with Alan at his wonderful home studio for a shoot Saturday 1st Aug, and I can honestly say he was an absolute gem to work with.

He has a true passion for photography which really shines through all his images, and Alan was more than happy to take the time to explain just what goes into these images with lighting/gel lighting tools and his fantastic photography skills

I had a lot of fun and really enjoyed the day! And I really do look forward to working with Alan again :)

Very enjoyable, in a wonderfully equipped studio at his beautiful home.

He knew what he was trying to achieve and I hope we managed to capture some of the images to his satisfaction.

What a lovely geniune guy! I had a very enjoyable relaxed shoot with Alan yesterday at his beautiful home.

Alan told me his ideas in pre comms which were excellent and gave me an idea of what we were shooting.

Alan was a great host, provided a clean dressing gown, clean towel and jaffas! As well as offering tea. I felt very comfortable in his home at all times.

The shoot went great, he has a great passion for his work and this shines through. Alan directed me well and we had great fun.

I do hope I get the chance to shoot with Alan again and I highly recommend you shooting with him too if you get the chance!

Worked with Alan at his beautiful home studio yesterday and it was an absolute pleasure to work with him.

Alan's affinity with photography is apparent and he has a vast collection of books all with beautiful works of top photographers which he gets his inspiration from.

His passion reflects through his work, he tries to take each image he takes as a collective, constructively trying to find ways of improving images through crops or slight light changes.

We shot some commercial style portraits which worked really well and moved on to using a ringflash to produce some fashion style shots which worked a treat.

He had this idea to recreate this corset image which we worked through some ideas to do and achieved something different to the original image but it worked well.

To finish we attempted some different lighting to do some art nudes and they worked incredibly well, using light to paint the body in various ways with slight movements.

He was really accommodating throughout the shoot, making an excellent smoked salmon sandwich and copius cups of tea.

He is professional, very friendly and chatty throughout. Would highly recommend alan and would like to work with him again.

I had my first shoot with Alan at his home on Thursday and in all honesty I can sing his praises high enough ! Pre communication prior to the shoot was spot on . Alan knew exactly what he wanted to shoot and had examples laid out for me which always helps !

He makes an absolute lovely cuppa tea which every woman loves :)

We spoke about stories we had and ideas we wanted to do and it wasn't long before Alan's passions for photography and creating art really shined through !

I felt completely at ease and relaxed the whole shoot and we did 4 hours , there were bathrooms to choose from to do makeup etc and even a large bedroom to use as a changing room . Alan was very considerate always checking heating was ok and I wasn't too cold .

In 4 years of modelling and over 250 photographers that I have worked with I can hand on my heart honestly say that Alan is if not number 1 he's defiantly in the top 3 by far !!

I would highly recommend all models to work with Alan as you'll be so happy with the results and will leave just feeling happy ! He even bought my soon to be daughter in my belly a lovely gift :) can't wait to dress her in it now . Thanks so much Alan and hope to work with you lots in the near future

I spent such a lovely day with Alan on Friday!

We totally winged it on the day with him just getting back from holiday, but even with us not planning what we were going to do we managed to get some amazing images. He is very creative and works hard to ensure the lighting is exactly how he wants it before going ahead with the set.

He has tonnes of inspirational books in his home studio and I learnt a lot about some different artists/books :) His studio and gardens itself are beautiful, very crisp and clean with a gorgeous backdrop of the garden through the windows.

I simply has a fabulous day working with him and hope to work with him again in the future :)

Highly recommended!
