References for Adam John Photography

Redtree Studio

Adam booked on to our Tegan Elizabeth model day and arrived in good time and prepared for what he wanted to achieve. He worked well with Tegan and the back of camera shots looked awesome! Look forward to seeing Adam again anytime.

I met Adam at The Photography show briefly and then he booked onto my model day at Redtree Studio.

He arrived on time and wanted to set out the new triflection that he purchased at the show.

He showed me the images throughout so that I could see what we were getting and so that I could make adjustments if needed.

He’s friendly, laid back and easy to get along with.

After the shoot he sent me over the images that he’d taken and I chose 12 of them as they were that good. :)

I look forward to working with Adam again in the future.

Misuzu

I had my second shoot with Adam at my maternity studio day at The Boardroom in Derby on Friday.

Adam is easy to work with as he's friendly and chatty while still being professional. His pre shoot communication is always spot on and he comes prepared with lots of ideas ready about what he would like to capture.

I'd recommend him to any model and would work with him again in the future :)

The Attic Studio

Great to have Adam return to the studio for one of our events. Always a pleasure to have in the studio as he is very respectful to the model, other photographer and the space.

Talented photographer that mixes well an as a creative eye and no doubt we will see him soon for another event or hire.

Had my first shoot with Adam this evening and based on how lovely his messages were I expected him to be a nice guy and he really was! Although we worked hard for the perfect shot it was still really relaxed and we worked really well together. Both of us have similar taste in what we think makes a picture good and I’m the sort of model that will try my best to give the photographer that corker of a shot and Adam respected that I’m a pain haha, more a perfectionist than a pain I’d say actually. I’d love to work with him again and I definitely recommend him to other models - Jenny James

This was my first time working with Adam who attended my studio day at The Boardroom.

Adam was a pleasure to work with! He was punctual, friendly, chatty and came prepared with plenty of ideas. He was incredibly easy to work with and even captured some drone shots!

We worked through several different sets and achieved some lovely images in the 2 hours we had.

Adam made me feel very comfortable and relaxed on the shoot. He let me pose freely, but directed when needed. I hope this is the first of many shoots together :-)

Adam was very polite, professional and friendly upon meeting. He had bought many props with him including organza material, a huge umbrella.. the list goes on! We were able to get some great results thanks to Adams creative ideas.

I’ve shot with Adam a few times and always had a great time,

This time around we did a few different styles, some with the fan, dimmer light and some with the home made box!

It was definitely a new concept for myself to get involved in which I really enjoyed, Adams such a lovely and approachable photographer and so easy to work with. He has always respected my levels and communicated well during shoots, which is essential when shooting implied for example!

I would recommend working with Adam and hope to work with him again in the future!

Ps. If you get to meet his dog, that’s such a bonus, sweetest thing alive! (Sorry adam!)

Misuzu

I first worked with Adam when he booked onto a small group workshop that I ran with JD Tuition at Unit 17 Studio in Nottingham.

Pre shoot communication was flawless and he was wonderful to work with on the day. We had already chatted about other shoots and I'll be working with Adam again in the next few weeks on my maternity studio day in Derby. I would definitely recommend Adam to anyone.

JD tuition

Adam's the ideal attendee at a workshop, like the one that Misuzu and I ran today. He's thoughtful, polite, and already knows a lot about his camera and what he's doing with it.

He soaked up everything we had to offer, and did so with such speed that the second half of the session was spent 'playing' - that is, making creative use of what he'd learned in the first half.

I'd really enjoy working with him again if the opportunity arises, and wholeheartedly recommend him to models and studios.

I recently attended a small workshop run by JD Tuition and Misuzu where Adam was the other photographer. The workshop was great, aided by the interactions with Adam, who had some great ideas and was more than happy to share tips and pointers to set the camera and lighting up.

Adam is easy to get along with and it just helps to make the workshop even more enjoyable and I certainly look forward to working alongside him again in the future!

Had a shoot with Adam on Saturday,

All ores shoot comms were amazing, he brought a mood bored of ideas for us to do.

He showed up with lots of props and things to use.

He made me laugh through the whole thing and was very lovely in every way.

I felt very comfortable. Adam is fun, well prepared, organised and was early to set up.

Another fab shoot with Adam 4hours n we still didn't do all we planned but that means another 1 planned :) always a fun relaxed shoot but professional we discuss themes so we are well organised on day , we create different every time n get fab images .Adam suggest to work with and 100% reccomend.

The Attic Studio

Adam's first visit to the studio today for one of our events - or should I say 2 as he participated in both sessions. The morning session was Gothic Beauty and the afternoon session English Rose with a different model for each session. A really nice guy, great photographer and also "added to the party" with the introduction of a bespoke prop that worked really well.

Hopefully we will see Adam again in the future.
