how hard has it worked

is the battery still good.  

does it have both flash heads with it e.g. open bulb and standard flash head ?

chelmerphoto hi. Yep, both have everything that comes with them. Both flash head and the open bulb.

In terms of how hard it's worked.

Very little. I only really used those when traveling which was not that often.

Even when I used it I always used low power as I shoot wide open apertures with higher iso settings.
