This is a good question and I have hundreds and hundreds on my main page. My question is. How do I remove photos from main page without deleting them or removing them from elsewhere ?

FWIW a commercial photography portfolio is usually considered 'optimal' at circa 40-45 unique images.

Here on PP having everything on your 'homepage' works for myself when there are up to around 60-or-so. Fewer can be better though IMHO.

With numbers higher than that, I like to see well titled albums. The 60-or-so (or less) 'homepage' images remain to indicate the individual's style and range.

When the images 'homepage' images run into 100's my curiosity brain switches off... it's like a visual 'overwhelm'.

I am with Andy00  on this almost impossible to throw away memories good or lessons bad. I have not had the courage to erase more than a few crap images.

However, as others have said, only you can make that judgement. It is your display of your skills to yourself and others.

   Don't stop adding great images :)

It had to label anything as crap. It was the best at the time in those circumstances with the skills of the time

Show the best hide the rest, add more, review all and repeat.

You have a lot of great shots, but my advice is what i got learnd at uni:

have your best work be 10-20 images. absolute FPI worthy top tier.

put the rest in folders.

categorise folders by genre not model.

...more reason, how much more reasonable can it get?.. 30-40 images, that's how much!

And that FPI 'thing' ... meaningless outside of 'PP World'.

Your work is amazing but some of your shots are special.

I would choose „representative“ images of your different qualities and strengths.

There are some extremely expressive ones, which catch a lot of attention.

There are more „beauty“ or „fashion“ ones with great impact on those qualities.

I suffer a lot when I remove images because of personal attachment. But it needs to be done.
