Re Jig and updated Notes.

Everly Rose

By Everly Rose, 1677519038

Hi everyone

I have been lucky enough to secure a residency in a beautiful studio in Manchester city centre and can now shoot here 7 days a week as well as my home studio, location work and also tour.

I have re jigged my portfolio and also condensed my notes as I had a lot of information on there.

Does it read well? Am I missing anything?

I wanted to keep it short and sweet yet provide all necessary information and be professional as this is my full time job.

Any feedback would be lovely x

If I were you, I'd move your working locations under the text with purple writing. It's something you want to push photographic work to, and looks good to your residency, at the pro studio... 😉

Parkstone Photography yes I will actually, thanks for the suggestion. I'm shooting myself at the studio this week so will ads some images to the notes to show the new space also

The changing font styles and sizes make it difficult to read. My advice is simplify it: one font, with bold headings if you need them.

Just had a look. Personally my advice is to write the notes in a desktop. If it’s edited in a mobile the fonts go everywhere sometimes which makes it really hard to read and doesn’t look good to the person who comes to the page for the first time.

I’d also cut it down. I think there is too much information/text. Perhaps bullet points might help??

I agree with this. I think you have four sections in your notes: 'Me', 'Shooting spaces', 'Tours and events' and 'Rates'. If you use these as headings in one font and then all the other text in one other font, then the whole thing becomes much easier to scan.

After that, it is well written. It could be cut down a bit but it is fine as it is.

There are a few typo's (but I am being pedantic now)

With a bit of tidying up the notes can be great, and your images are wonderful!!
