Pink Floyd's Shine on you Crazy Diamond Part 1 to 8 will see you the first 7 hours.

Part 9 will see you the remaining 3.

If you want it to seem like the rest of your life... the Bruce Springsteen back catalogue up to 2005.

I'd go through the London Grammar discography and then try the new Linkin Park's new album.

But this is why we have an Apple Music subscription: the suggestions and playlists they make for me.

Or if you play Ummagumma instead, you might forget all about where you're going. :)

...Closest I got to those was listening to the first Isle of Wight festival from my bedroom window about two miles away. The island came very close to running out of drinking water that time because of the extra people...

1968?

Probably 1969 and 1970 now I think about it.
Nobody took much notice of 1968.

I would have been 14 in the summer of 1970.

Two years later I was riding my 650cc Triumph Bonneville around the Island barefoot, jeans and tee-shirt, no helmet. Born a couple of years too late. :(

Mandatory-listening 80s tunes for your play list:

(Apologies to anyone who didn't want these tunes on loop in their head all day. I'm not sorry about the last one though; I'm enjoying the idea of you singing that in a queue in the supermarket)

I must be a bit odd. I tend to drive in silence. I can dimly recall that in the 80s when I drove a lot, I would sometimes slip on a Charlie Parker cassette or a spot of Bach and Handel.

So do I (despite my liking for high-energy music!)

Dharma , a model from Purple Port which I worked with and like a lot has her own playlist on Soundcloud. She is a DJ and created interesting things.

Some world music and electronica, mixed very well with some amazing soundscapes and vocals.

You can cover 10 hours easily, we shot 7+ hours and could not finish even the half!
