No, you can still post a casting as a free member.

I don't think so but you may have to be one to respond to a paid casting or post for a paid casting.

Perhaps it's changed and now it's as Crippen says.

Lenswonder may be correct. All I know is I posted one a few months ago, and it's still up on my page.

No you can still post castings, there are restrictions, one a week and one location, I think that's.

Free members can't place a casting requesting paid work. Castings offering payment or TF are fine.

Hah, thanks for the kind words. Barely a photographer these days though, averaging one a year and just not enjoying it. There comes a time for us all I guess. 

Plus, I'm more excited to get back into snooker than anything right now - just waiting for my new cue to bloody arrive... which isn't happening quickly thanks for Parcelfarce...

Ah, not a game I can play. I’m not bad at pool, but the tables are mahoosive in snooker, lol. Well, you can take a break (pun intended)—sometimes that rekindles the inspiration. but your work is really good :-)

I never claimed to be any good at it... I've been playing snooker on and off since before I could see over the table (my Grandad was an avid player), I've just never managed to beat mediocrity... same reason as you, bloody huge and crap eye sight!!! ;) 

Thanks, but any spare time on the weekends I spend with my daughter so I don't really have the time outside of holidays - and they'll be taken up by school breaks now. Writing is, sadly, on the wall.

Thanks. I mean, I have a job to be a dick at, so it's not cold turkey. I may hang around for the forums, which I've been doing mostly now, but God knows I struggle with the time. 

I just visited the British Club in Bangkok. They used to have a full sized snooker table. Now, it is two pool tables with blue felt. I was shocked. What next, they change the name to American Club?
