Cheap Mac Mini - for a tester?

Thanks Everyone: the trigger was pulled this afternoon, and the die has been cast (for now.)

I stuck with my original plan to buy cheap & cheerful for the present - just get some hands-on experience with a Mac (as I've never used one before.)

I went for a 2014 Mac Mini with Intel i7, 16GB RAM, 512GB SSD - which I got for £180 from a Large Mac ( I nearly wrote 'Big Mac' :-) ) refurbisher/seller on eBay.

I was looking at a the same spec for £150 but with smaller 256GB SSD, so I splashed out another £30 to double that storage.   

Weirdly (on paper) this Mac has an identical spec to my 2019 Lenovo X390 Windows Laptop.

I'll update again when it arrives and I've formed some initial Mac impressions. It should be interesting to see how 'The Other Side' does it. :-D
