Recently, I rejigged my Fiverr and steered away from unsuccessful things to offer speech writing. More speficially, a very niche form of wedding speech writing... but if you were getting married, is this something you'd ever consider?
The gig is for wedding poems. These are a little bit cheesy, funny and sentimental. They're designed to be fun, but also come out of left field (they work really well when nobody is expecting them in a traditional wedding speech) and you can absolutely get away with murder that wouldn't fly in a traditional spoken word speech.
I've written a few through the years for people and they've always had an excellent reception, so thought I'd offer the services. I've had two orders this week (both 5-star reviews), but in terms of scalability, is this the kind of thing you'd ever consider mixing in to your speech? Or even using a speech writing service in the first place?
