All taken with a Canon 1000D with a 1.8 50mm! Edited by my own hand which I think recovered them nicely 🤣

Lovely work and editing Mercia, I particularly loved the burgundy outfit

Gothic Image - my (non-DSLR) Kodak Easyshare could beat your Olympus. The Kodak was 6.3mp, I believe. Na-na-na-naaaah-na.

EDIT: When I started this model photography lark with digital, this was the camera I used. Being a newbie to digital, I didn't realise that it wasn't the done thing to turn up for shoots with such a camera. Oops!

Fantastic shot, skill and talent over fancy equipment, though it was a 6MP :-)

Not a DSLR, but this is a Olympus C5050Z, all 5 megapixels of it:

I had an Olympus C3000 in 2001, it took 4 AA batteries and a smartmedia card, I bought it for a holiday that year from Comet and still had it in the box until 2020 when we tipped a lot of old cameras and regretted it ever since.

This was taken in Spain in 200. I think the camera at the time was around 8MP.

Orson Carter that's an absolutely cracking picture! Is it of DaniD?

Bought mine about 2008/09-ish, IIRC. Canon 450D. Does that count? Not sure of the spec but I think it's about 10megathingies. Is that any help for your survey?

EOS 450D is 12MP, twice what was asked.

EOS D60 (2002) or EOS 10D and EOS Kiss/Rebel/300D (both 2003) would be 6 MP, with the 10D being much better in low light.

I stand corrected.

But you're plucky. Correcting me is usually my wife's job, and she doesn't like people muscling in on her territory.
